Useless app .forever freezing and not responding..they offer "super boosts" but what's the point if you can't get in to back it..Also told numerous times "wrong details entered"when this was not the case..

Loyalty goes along way spent hundreds won a bit lost abit . Didn’t use the account for a month then placed one in play and won. They then restricted my stake to zero - traders decision . Loyalty aye , cowboy bookies I’ll give them a year .

Started betting with these went well first week thought finally a real bookmaker not a cynical professional B S like all the others, then bang how much is your income? How much are you left with after bills?etc etc Intrusive disrespectful questions which are none of there business So closed account immediately Goodbye you Absolute whops.

Coned me into a fake premonition. Ask for giddiness, got it . Now saying I did it wrong and won't pay out . Horrible company

Have been a customer for one two weeks with them, when I deposited money, it’s fine, normal, when you deposit over your limit setting, it could be successful but then it will be locked in your account and you can do nothing with it for at least several days, the compliance team will ask you for documents for the proof of the fund…they even ask you some stupid question like where did you get those funds from… I told them savings and they still need my proof…as everybody know savings are running in the bank everyday…so how can I proof that little part of fund is from? I mean it’s not a scam platform but they should not allow customer to successfully deposit their fund but then lock them up, because it’s our money, it’s not your money, Baroneracing could be a good platform if they can improve and at least to avoid this situation happen.

Garbage site with terrible customer service.

I've been trying to withdraw my balance from this site for months now. When you request a withdrawal it says "you have successfully requested a withdrawal" but then nothing happens. You don't receive the money and then when you check back on the site you see the money you have tried to withdraw has gone back to your balance, no message to explain why, no e-mail, no onsite message, nothing. So you try again and the same thing happens. I had to assume I needed to verify my account by sending in lots of personal and private documents (which all of these companies like to request at withdrawal, they never ask for a single thing if you want to deposit though of course) so I uploaded all of my sensitive information through the website. Again requested a withdrawal after my account showed as being "fully verified" only to have the same thing happen; I check back a few later and my money has been returned to my account balance with no explanation whatsoever. So I contact live chat who tell me that even though I uploaded all of my documents through their site and my account is showing that I'm fully verified I need to resend everything to them via e-mail. So I send all of my personal, private and sensitive personal data (bank account statement, passport, photos of bank card) to them via e-mail which is extremely insecure because it is unencrypted and not suitable for this kind of information but hope that this is the last of it. I wait a few days and once again request a withdrawal and once again I return a few days later to see the money has not been withdrawn but returned to my account balance and again with no message or warning or explanation as to why. So once again I'm back on Live Chat and they ask me for a reference number which I don't have since the previous live chat agent didn't give me one and I didn't receive one when I e-mailed in the documents for the first time. So I have to go through the process all over again because my account is still "not verified" (even though my account says "fully verified" and I've provided documents twice so far). I e-mail everything in (again this is a completely unsafe and inappropriate why of sending sensitive personal information, but, despite having a document upload feature on their website, this is how they want you to provide your private data). I'm told by live chat now that my account is verified so I've requested another withdrawal (for the fifth or sixth time now)....let's hope I actually get the money this time.

On top of that the website functions very poorly and their odds are garbage. Save yourself the hassle of trying to get your own money back and use a different site, these guys are utterly incompetent and have no idea what they are doing and probably shouldn't have a licence.

Been with them for a couple of months and WAS enjoying it, Especially best odds guaranteed being available the night before, Then yesterday I actually won a little £450 so withdrew £270 and today when I tried to have a bet, "Your account has been restricted to 0p per bet, effectively barring me from betting with them, so spoke to "customer services" They said " This decision will not be reversed" so I've had to withdraw my final £180,They get one star because they have refunded all my winnings!!!!

One of the worst betting companies on planet earth. Wanted to back a certain horse (£200 each way at 12/1) so tried to place the bet online to be told the horse was now 10/1. Then I was told I could have £15 each way only. Complete and utter shysters. Avoid. I told them to close my account.

Opened an account on grand national weekend just to give them a try. Quite simply, they're a rogue site. I only deposited £10 and won £75. They still gave the option to reverse my withdrawal (which is illegal in the UK now), which gave me concern immediately. My account was also showing as being fully verified, but then they said that it wasn't, and that they needed lots of documents to do so. Told them to keep the money and close the account. I wasn't prepared to have a back and forth for days on end to claim my winnings (which I strongly doubt they would have paid). Please take advice from one who has over 20 years experience of dealing with online betting sites and stay away from this site. See my other reviews and note that I review each site on their individual merits.

Poor customer service, poor handling of verification, they are happy to take a bet but not so happy if you have a withdrawal and they really drag their feet.
Never have issues with Skybet/Boylesports/PaddyPower and Bar-one are useless in comparison.
