The sign is amazing. Quality and the picture i sent of my dog is so like him i cant believe it. Amazing would highly recommend. I dodnt expect it to be so good. Everyone comments on it.

I love this bar sign
I love this bar sign! I wasn’t sure how well it would work with a photographed image but the people at Barsigns UK made it work! My husband and I are over the moon with it! Looks great on our garden bar!

Lack of communication,no matter how…
Lack of communication,no matter how emails you send in you’re lucky to get a reply,and then it can be quite rude!!Just the same even if you use eBay or go direct through their website.Although saying that the actual product is decent,even if it’s a nightmare getting them to respond to any queries

Pub sign had scratches and marks, and no response from customer service
I ordered a personalised pub sign which would have been great if it wasn't for all the scuff marks and scratches. I tried various email addresses to complain and received no response whatsoever - very poor customer service. Very disappointed. Would recommend against using them!

Order placed pre-Christmas didn't arrive till 13th January - With ZERO communication from Customer Service
I placed the order for this on 17th December for my Step Fathers Christmas present with a gurantee of 2-4 working days delivery. After receiving nothing during that time period and then zero communication fromt the company following multiple attempts to reach out to the customer service team, I finally gave up and conceded that they had scammed me.
Then finally on the 9th January a whopping 23 days after I initially placed the order, I received an automatic email to say the shipment was on it's way. From previous experience, I could not convince myself that this was the case. However, on Monday the package was finally delivered and my Step Father had something to open.
Having worked in customer service for a number of years I have to say BarSigns UK's was non-existent. If you can take one thing from this please just respond to your customer querys.

We’re especially disheartened to learn that the enormous banner displayed prominently on every single page of our website announcing that we were **closed for orders until after Christmas** somehow failed to communicate this vital information to you. We’ll be sure to work on making our text even larger and possibly adding flashing lights next time.
We understand it must have been frustrating to place an order on December 17th despite the clear notice of delays and then be surprised when the package followed the timeline explicitly stated. We apologize for not sending personalized updates during the festive chaos when we were also unable to process or ship orders as noted. Perhaps we can include a direct hotline to Santa next year for situations like this?
We’re glad your Step Father eventually received his gift, though, and we appreciate your advice on customer service. It’s great to hear from someone with industry experience who understands the challenges of managing a business during peak holiday periods—especially when customers understandably overlook clear communications.

Home pub sign
Commissioned a bespoke pub sign for a present. Design team came back very quickly with a great design and instructions for ordering. Very efficient service turnaround, was a week or so for delivery - just in time for Xmas. Would recommend.
