Absolute rubbish ordered boots on…

Absolute rubbish ordered boots on 01/12/2020 arrived too big so returned for exchange never arrived complained and was promised a prompt replacement in February but never received any boots a waste of £95 no refund wouldn’t buy anything from them not even sure if their a real company. Took my money and ripped me right off. Beware must be easier places to buy footwear from where you actually recieve them.

Not worth the money!

Shoes were not worth what I paid for them, looked awful compared to the picture on the site. Smelled toxic and looked naff - and not CHEAP.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, the sizing is way off. I returned the items, had to pay for shipping and still haven't received my refund or store credit. I don't know who to contact, there's nowhere to find assistance. I can't believe how terrible this has been.

Huge dissappointment

I never write reviews. But this is such a disappointment. The shoes are NOTHING like the picture. The are not trustworthy of size (1 size to big) and the shoe smells of toxic plastic. There is no return note and i've waited for 3 weeks. Basso = Bummer.

Buyers Beware!!!

I had a very rough experience with BASSO. I was genuinely excited to receive 2 pair of shoes I ordered from them. #1 they took forever to come, about 2 months. #2 the shoes they send you are NOT the same shoes pictured on the website, they are slightly different, & not for the better. #3 the sizing is way off, one pair I ordered in a size 38... I sized up due to customer reviews saying they were cut small... they actually did fit me perfectly... however it was still not the same shoe as pictured so it was disappointing all the same.
The 2nd pair I ordered my actual size according to their sizing chart, which was a 37 & they were actually a whole size too big for me!!! An entire shoe size too big!!!!
Now there sizing method is merely a sticker, that’s slapped on the bottom of the shoe, so maybe they were labeled incorrectly... or who knows... a sticker slapped on the bottom doesn’t provide a lot of accuracy... there is no way a size 38 in one shoe fit me perfectly... & a size 37 in another shoe was much too big... nonetheless when I contacted them, they said I could receive store credit.
Which did not work for me, because that was the smallest size available in that particular shoe I ordered.... at which point after much back & forth... days of back & forth... they did say I could return the shoes & receive a refund, but I had to pay for the return shipping.
Which was ridiculously high... so today I still have the useless shoes I can’t fit even a little (which were also not the same as pictured mind you but similar), & the other useless shoes that were not at all, the same as the shoes pictured.
I paid about $140 for complete trash.
They sell overpriced trash.
The sizing is all over the place, & the customer service is horrible to top it off.
This company should have provided me with a return shipping label considering the lack of accurate sizing, alongside the false advertisement.
Why should consumers pay to return something they technically never even ordered.
I paid for what was pictured, not a rendition.
Now it would be one thing if they sent what was actually pictured in the correct size I ordered & then I just didn’t want it.
But to send completely different products, in completely off sizing, then tell me to pay to return it. Wow.
This company is horrible. I will never order from BASSO again.

Search on AliExpress first

They are literally sending you things from aliexpress. I checked their basso page that poped on instagram and out of curiostity I went to search on Ali since I saw similar shoes recently. There were the exact ones. But the price on ali was 34$ while on page it was 165$ (XDDDD). So they are basically just putting customer adres details while buying from china. Just buy directly from alie and save money, simple

Estafa

He recibido unas sandalias y no parecen las mismas que en las fotos de la web y además acabo de verlas en Aliexpress por un precio cinco veces más bajo. Las envían desde china y cuando me he quejado me dicen que las puedo devolver pagando yo los gastos de envío a USA. No me devolverán el dinero, sólo me dan la opción de cambiarlas por otras. Es una estafa en toda regla.

Very dodgy company

Very dodgy company. I’m extremely disappointed with them. They literally send you hundred of emails with offers etc, but when it comes to customer service I’ve got the feeling, that they have one person working in that.
I’ve ordered shoes, which came very small and you CAN’T just get refund because of the company rules- all discounted items are eligible for shop credit or a change. And of you look carefully- everything on web site is on sale lol so, you can’t just tell them- I want my money back, you have to choose an option - whether get another pair and have a credit (both options rubbish anyway).
So, I decided to get bigger size and I’ve paid for return £26 (plus shoes itself £57), they already cost me fortune.
Today is almost 2,5 weeks since I’ve sent shoes, last update on tracking service is on 22nd of April and I don’t know what to expect now. I’ve paid £83 all in total so far and don’t even know, if I’ll get new pair or not!
Customer service absolutely useless.
I’ve got suspicion that it’s a scam, because original parcel came from China, return address is America. Can you imagine how it works?
I honestly not!

I just received the shoes after waiting…

I just received the shoes after waiting almost two months!! I had initially requested a refund for the missed shipment and they sent the shoes instead and I try to them only to find a NAIL INSIDE THE SHOE!! Not impressed and now they are ignoring me !!! Someone needs to do something about this company, this is not good customer service!! I’m not sure who to contact anymore !

By far the worst place I’ve ever ordered from

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I ordered the Iberia sock boots on the 27th February, it’s not April 11th I’ve still not received them. A lot of my emails were ignored. After finally getting a response I was told there was a delay with production, weeks later I was then assured they were back in production and I would get a tracking number soon. I am now being told they don’t have any to send out and offered another pair of boots that are completely different. The response from the company and my whole experience is shocking customer service, I just get a standard template back. So unprofessional, worst online shop I have ever used.

I just opened my order 5 minutes ago & I’m beyond disappointed. There is ink all on the side of my shoes, this is so unacceptable being whoever wrapped my shoes up saw the ink and didn’t care. Definitely won’t recommend to anyone

Package never arrived

Normally I never write reviews, but now I do because i am really angry. I am waiting for my package since the 29th of January. The tracking isn't updating since the 5th of February. I already wrote them twice, the first time they replied, they just sent me the tracking number I already had. Last week I wrote them a second time because I still don't have my package and I want my money back. They are ignoring me and I don’t think that I will ever get my shoes. Don’t order from this site.

Beware of these companies. Everything looks legit, but it's all a scam. If prices are too good to be true, the product is probably from China. They take your money and you can never track them down for your order or a refund.

I never get my order!! SCAM !!!

I never got a scam from online shopping in my entire life until now. I saw this company from advertising social media and one of the influencers wore this company's product and she looked good. My mistake was I didn't check the review first. I ordered and never got it. They shipped their products from China. They keep me updating via email that my order was in transit in China, out of the delivery, and then got canceled for no reason. I reviewed it badly on their Facebook account. It turns out they have filtered out some comments including mine. Don't ever believe easily from social media advertising without checking the review first!

Worst quality ever !!!!!!!!

Worst quality!!!!! Order a pair of chunky boots (so really thick sole) I paid 100$ for them and after 3 weeks wearing them ,almost never, ( lockdown/curfew in Canada ) the sole is completely split in half near the middle, on both feet. I can’t wear them anymore. They say they are based in the U.S. to make you believe it’s a U.S. company but it’s false. Everything is shipped from China and takes 2 months to receive. First time in 15 years of online shopping that I write a review but this is just ridiculous, I had to. I Wish I could attached picture to show how bad it is. Do not order from them.

Item still didn‘t arrive, even after 60 days

I ordered on 19th of October two shoes from their website thinking that it is a normal webshop which is quite secure and which is offering great items with a great price, but no...One shoes arrived, but I still didn‘t receive my second item even after 60 days (and for Germany it should be 19-39 days). I wrote several times to the customer support and they said if the item doesn‘t arrive in 60.days, I have right for a full refund. At the end, 60 days are over and I asked kindly for my refund, as I was already losing my patience with this all. They said to me „you will receive refund when you send back the package“. So package which still hasn‘t arrived to me has to be returned back to them in order to get my money back? I am sorry, but I am very disappointed with this order.
