lovely lady at the kiosk offered loyalty cards to me and my friend. ended up buying the bueno cookie cake and its delicious, sweet and perfect for when u are craving something sweet. Its a great place for a sweet treat definitely recommend ✨

I'm quite shocked reading some of the negative reviews on here about Batch'd. My whole experience has been nothing but sensational. Right from the outstanding customer service I received from Abigail, to the prompt delivery and the most stunning, beautifully packed sweet selection. I'm over the moon with my desserts, I've tried 1 but it was a really good portion size, absolutely lovely to taste, and a very pretty and professional look. I would highly recommend these and will have no hesitation in returning in the near future. Thank you Batch'd!

Just been catfished.
They look a 10/10 however when it comes to taste, they’re not all that great. The donuts were soft but lacked any flavour. Topping on them was stale. The cakes look lovely but taste gritty and doughy. The unit in Glasgow silverburn refused to take cash and only accept card. Who knew cash is no longer legal tender.

Avoid them & go direct to the small businesses they use instead
They treat the people they buy the bakes from utterly disgusting - speak to them like shit & with hold money from them even though they sell the products, full of lies & just damn right bullies
They store products for so long before they reach the public they're inedible & dry!

Was in braehead and seen their kiosk, the girl was lovely and well mannered. So nice to have staff like that. The treats look so nice but they are quite tasteless. The stuffed cookie wasn't good very stodgy and the nicest thing was the bit of terrys choc orange on the top. The cookie kinder pie was dry hard cookie dough and the kinder hippo on top was so stale. Barely any taste to the cookie pie either.
Wouldn't buy again sorry
