I spoke to a member of staff at Bath & More before ordering and he was very knowledgeable about the product that I was interested in. Useful advice given. Also, very helpful when I needed to change the date for delivery - not once but twice! Also, best price for product online! A good experience overall.

Excellent customer service!
Excellent customer service throughout inc when we had to cancel order, return order and request refund (no fault of Bath & More, due to delays with availability of our fitters to be onsite). Would highly recommend them!

Placing the order was easy and Martin…
Placing the order was easy and Martin was very helpful. Upon delivery there was a problem with one board, I spoke to Martin who sent a replacement board and it arrived the next day. Fantastic service would highly recommend this Company

Very happy with the service received
Very happy with the service received. I called the office to confirm order before purchasing and they were very helpful.
Only issue, despite delivery was quick was the panels were in the delivery lorry standing upright and unprotected, although you could see if the panels were chipped, which thankfully they wasn’t.

Wall panels for Bathroom project
When I phoned them for help with a purchase I had ordered, they were always helpful. I was having new bathroom fitted and I needed help with wall panels etc. ,work still in progress, but happy with my purchase.
