I've ordered bathmate extreme 7. It's working guys! And it's working from the first try. Your friend become thicker from the first time of using this product! It's amazing. It feels heavier and immediatelly after using bathmate you will not believe on your eyes! I have been using it 3 times for now and I am very optimistic for the future... For permanent result it will require more effort. However, it's working without a doubt, so the decision of your improvements depends entirely on you.

Comprei um produto no vosso site com opção entrega expresso com um transportador/despachante escolhido por vocês. Eu paguei tudo produto e serviço expresso e ainda não tenho o produto. Pior estou a ser questionado pelo transportador DHL Express sobre documentos (factura invoice) vossos que não me foram disponibilizados e que são da responsabilidade de quem vende. Hoje decorrido este tempo todo ainda não tenho o produto que paguei. Pedi ajuda ao vosso serviço de suporte e não foram capazes de resolver a situação deixando-me a mim cliente com o problema de resolver a situação com o Transportador escolhido por vocês (DHL Express) NESTE MOMENTO AINDA SEM O PRODUTO QUE JÁ PAGUEI SÓ POSSO LAMENTAR TER ESCOLHIDO A VOSSA MARCA.

I never received my package
I never received my package.
I provided my tax info and they did not provide to DHL my package was sent back. I even paid for express shipping it was been long now and when I contacted bathmate rep they said I had to do fix this. This is unacceptable. I sent various emails and still no response.
When will I get my product? Money back?
I still need help. And none has been provided. Very bad experience!!!!!

When shipping to some international locations, it’s standard procedure for a courier to request further information directly from the recipient before customs clearance. Unfortunately, this is a step handled solely between the courier and the customer, and we’re not notified or involved in the process—nor are we able to intervene on your behalf once the package is in-country.
According to our tracking, the shipment was returned to us after the courier failed to receive the required tax details in time. As soon as it was confirmed in return transit, your order was refunded in full—including express shipping.

Gimmick
Very disappointed with the product after reading so many great reviews and 2 you tube channels which feature this product on their shop sites. IMHO the pump material is way too stiff for effective usage. Pump with practically smashing the you pubic bone. All pain no gain. All the troubleshooting guide asserts is that well you are using it wrong.

I'm very sorry to hear you that were unfortunate and had negative experience with your Hydromax product. I believe you are referencing the rubber material in the gaiter at the base of the device. This gaiter depresses to facilitate the hydraulic pressure mechanism. The material is durable and robust to ensure a long product lifetime over thousands of cycles of use. To allieviate your issue, please attempt these steps before using the device: Depress the gaiter a few times to loosen up the material. Fill the inverted product with warmer water than you may typically use in the bath or shower to improve the gaiter subtlety. Alternatively you may submerge the gaiter in warm water for a few minutes.
For users with increased sensitivity in the pelvic region, we would recommend use of a HydroXtreme device. Complete with a handball, this attachment allows for the hydraulic vacuum to be induced without applying downward force. This may provide a more comfortable option for you.
