This is our second time ordering from Bathsupermarket and once again, everything was spot on. The prices are very competitive, and the quality of service has been excellent both times. Fast delivery, good communication, and products that meet expectations. We won’t be shopping anywhere else for bathroom gear now – highly recommended!

Bought a shower unit lasted 18 months before breaking and despite being sold as having a lifetime warranty they won’t replace it.

We love our bathroom unit and sink - great quality product and arrived without damages.

I don't think this company is designed for people doing things DIY. There were no instructions with the unit I ordered, and when contacted for instructions I had two promises of emails being sent from a customer service agent on the chat with assembly instructions but nothing arrived, I ended up calling them and being told "it's pre-assembled it doesn't need instructions". This is just not true. While largely pre-assembled, there was a door that needed fitting (with no hinges provided) and the cistern needed mounting in the back of the unit, again with no instructions on how to do this. We also had to bodge the unit to fit the cistern and it didn't fit, while we were assured that this was the correct cistern for the unit. Through all of this they were very responsive, if not very helpful, but as soon as I mentioned wanting some money back for the faulty unit that we had to bodge ourselves (luckily my dad has a decent amount of experience in home constructions so was able to do this himself) they went radio silent. I DO NOT recommend this company if you are doing renovations yourself.

I placed an order for a whole new bathroom suit and had confirmation of a delivery date than later got changed to another date. The delivery date has come and so has the taking a day off from work to be here between 7.30am - 6pm and guess what..... no delivery!
The email stated that I would get a phone call one hour before delivery, again it hasn't happened.
I have left email messages and online chats to which no one really gives two hoots. I got a message to state that if I shouldn't be here for my delivery then they would charge me £40 for a mised delivery so what happens now THEY just simply haven't bothered with communication and delivery? Do I get the missed delivery fee?
Someone needs to read this and get back to me ASAP with a resolve and a bloody good discount because now I will need to take another day loss of earnings to simply take the delivery that they couldn't be bothered to turn up to.

I’m very happy with my order, kitted out the whole bathroom, and the sink didn’t come as it was damaged so they didn’t deliver it but they replaced it and gave me 50% refund as well so kind.
My bathroom will be perfect!

The communication with this company was great as was the delivery. Would definitely use them again

Fantastic service. Identical shower to a "big name" store for almost half the price. Sent very quickly with tracking from day one and delivered in two days - phenomenal for service. over Christmas period. Well packed & a stunning shower. Not fitted yet as other works to do first but looking forward to getting it installed & in use. Would definitely recommend & will certainly be using again. Thank you

We are bathroom fitters. We use this company for all projects. The quality and service is very good. Yes, sometimes mistakes are made considering the volume we buy that will always happen but the issue is always sorted quickly. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with entire process. When ordering you’re given a guide delivery date which is so helpful. Delivery driver happy to bring the parcels into the hall. Item well packaged and really surprised at the quality for the price. Good communication throughout and would happily use them again

I bought a mixer shower, it arrived faulty, i could see that the box had been opened, they ignore all my emails asking for a refund, im having to contact my bank to try and get my money back.

I contacted Bathsupermarket as I needed to replace the handles on my bathroom cupboard. Luke was very helpful and I ordered 4. They are lovely and fit perfectly! An excellent service and very speedy delivery. Thank you! 😁

I had a problem after placing my order the item ordered was not available so we were offered an alternative which I accepted. You kept in contact answered e mails promptly and kept me updated. Even sorted out delivery so my fitter could fit as scheduled.

Fraudulent Company and Unresolved Return Issue
We ordered an item that turned out to be incorrect. Over a month ago, we submitted a return request and have since received no response. We've called customer service multiple times and filled out their return form more than once, but no one has gotten back to us.

When we finally reached an individual, after speaking to us for a minute he hang up the call abruptly after pretending to escalate the matter to a manager. The lack of communication and assistance is unacceptable. Unfortunately, we are now left with no choice but to report this issue to Trading Standards.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. We strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

I purchased a brass douche thermostatic shower. Price was really good and delivery was amazing.
