Went to Bathwick tyres Westcott place Swindon as needed an urgent tyre replacement for a damaged tyre.I had to drive to Heathrow later that day to take my grandchildren to catch flight. After trying several other tyre fitters I came across Bathwick where Lewis was able to replace my damaged tyre at very short notice and got me on my way.Excellent service at a very reasonable price.

What can I say.

Really well looked after.

Took my car down at opening time with dangerous sounding grinding noise . Reception directed me to a lovely man named Raul. He swiftly got my car up on the ramps and found the problem immediately.

Left with my car with Raul and within 2 hours, had a lovely call from him to say car was ready to collect.

We were out for the day, but they said it was fine to leave the car with the until we were done.

Such amazing service from start to end. Being miles away from home, it was so nice to know my little car was in amazingly safe hands.
Thank you so much Raul and the team for looking after me.

I have used this branch for tyre fitting on a few occasions, and they've also helped me out with wheel issues.

I got a nail in my tyre close to the branch in the morning, and Paul went above and beyond to help.
Advice on how to change the tyre myself when I was stuck on the side of the road, checked the tyre with the nail to see if it was repairable, rang me soon afterwards to update me, and fitted me in on a busy day to change both my front tyres. Tyres were changed in less than 20 mins! Wholeheartedly recommend.

Knowledgeable staff that take care with your car. I've used them over a number of years for tyres for my car, my wife's and my daughter's. They are my go to tyre service. Branch- Newport, Gwent.

Seen very quickly within 5 mins of arrival for an urgent puncture repair. Samuel and Lewis and team were very fast and efficient and helpful and got the tyre repaired ready for me to make a long journey today.

After me and my daughter driving everywhere just to get a new tyre and centres being closed ona Saturday or come back next week,Bathwick Tyres are a godsend!! Brilliant service, the guys made our day with their easy going conversation and quickwit. Watching them deal with other customers they have a consistent good natured approach and happy to help solve their problems the best way they can. My daughter will definitely not go anywhere else from now on.

Seen quickly without an appointment last thing on a Friday and diagnosed issue of slow release of air due to tyre corrosion

Had air con regassed at the Newbury branch. Mark was very thorough, professional and helpful. He explained everything and did the whole job while I waited. Has made a wonderful difference to my car. Highly recommended five star garage.

Huge shout-out to Raul for saving the day! I was in a total panic after my phone slid behind my dashboard, and despite the garage being busy and me not having an appointment, Raul treated my situation with total kindness.

The fitting process is quick and simple. I’ve not given 5*’s because I’ve had all four tyres fitted here in the last few weeks and the tyre soap hasn’t been cleaned off on any of them. A quick wipe wouldn’t go amiss.

Speedy service, tired were done in less than 20 minutes! Paul was extremely polite and helpful. Will definitely be returning in the future if needed.

I called into Bathwick Tyres Andover today with a problem with my van tyre, not expecting to be see straight away, we were all sorted in 30 minutes. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend and use again for all my vehicles. Thanks again Bathwick!

I very highly recommend bathwicks (Barnstaple) efficient in getting me in ,very polite mannerism was excellent towards customers ,didnt waste no time in getting the work manager and all staff very friendly and always go above and beyond I am very took up with yhe dedication this company puts into making sure the customers get the very best done ,welldone bathwicks ,you awesome lot

I went to get my tracking done to which they refused as apparently the tyres were so bad that they were illegal and hence unsalvageable. Predictably, they attempted to sell me tyres. Thankfully, we always source our tyres on eBay as they are a lot cheaper. I organised to get my tyres switched out by another garage as soon as they got delivered following on from the advice that they were illegal. It turns out that they were FAR from illegal, in fact they had only worn down about to 4mm in the centre (which is only HALF the usage). Highly immoral to lie to a customer just for the sake of a sale. I certainly will not be returning and urge others to do the same.

After having a puncture repair carried out on one of the tires on my car at the Salisbury branch of Bathwick Tyres, a couple of weeks later, whilst driving at 60 mph on an A-road, the wheel that was repaired fell off, causing a considerable amount of damage to my car and alloy wheel.

I went into the Newport branch yesterday and had such a pleasant surprise, the staff were fabulous! I had a flat tyre and a hospital appointment approx 60 miles away later in the day. I managed to pump up my tyre and get the car there, my tyre was damaged from hitting a kerb the previous evening after an oncoming driver forced me to swerve. I had a quote from the RAC, which was £170-180 to replace my tyre. So glad I went to Bathwick, I had two tyres changed for less than that. They changed my tyres very quickly and what stood out most was how kind and courteous the staff were. Sometimes it can be a bit intimidating for females to go to garages etc. none of that at Bathwick though. I'm going to be recommending them to everyone !
