Fastest shipping I've seen
Talked to a young guy and was very knowledgeable about the softball glove I wanted and was right for me. They had a Miami color softball glove so I ordered it and it cane within 20 hours. That was insane to me. Great price and service. I haven't used the glove yet but will this weekend.

Slow and expensive shipping
I liked that you had the bat in stock but I paid $35 for shipping that said 5-7 days. It’s been 7 business days and still no bat.

You live in Hawaii and I don’t have any control over delays by the shipping carrier. $35 is the charge for standard USPS Priority shipping, so you didn’t pay for any kind of special express service.
