Horrific experience with ordering from this site.
Still chasing a November 25 order in April 26 as they haven’t refunded me. They will wish they hadn’t scammed me

Despite my annoyance trying to get my Christmas gift in time for our work secret Santa call, in the end I was forced to cancel the order as informed my order would now be delivered in the new year. I cancelled the order and went else where. Bizarrely despite cancelling the order mid-December I have now received two of the identical items I ordered within a week of each other. I don’t know what to think! Only on the strength of getting a refund and now having two free gifts I no longer need I’ll change my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

One star is generous!
I am waiting for an order I placed with them a few weeks ago. I’ve been forever chasing them on their chat site. Told of delayed delivery and expect a new date. Finally got through to somebody yesterday on the phone. It sounded like a far off country. I was told I should have my order by 30th Dec. I said that
not on and want a refund as absolutely useless, not to mention i won’t get it in time for Christmas. I’m sure they are a scam outfit now.
A day after posting this review I received a full refund. That is the only positive thing to say on the buying experience.
Maybe they are not Scammers but the experience was still poor.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Pretty sure it’s a scam. Ordered item on 14/11, still no delivery. Awful customer service won’t tell me anything. Just keep saying it’s in its way. Can’t get a refund.

Ordered a bauble for my sons Christmas tree - it never arrived - it still says processing !!! I have emailed numerous times but not even had a response - Terrible Company - DO NOT order anything off them

Abysmal company to deal with. Ordered a decoration for my new grandson on 16th November this has never arrived, contacted the company more than a dozen times by email and live chat. No ornament, no refund. Luckily paid with paypal, and after a dispute paypal has refunded mu money. Avoid at all cost

absolutely abysmal! ordered a bespoke decoration for my Girlfriends xmas tree on 20.11.24, today on the 19.12.24 i was told that the order hadn't been processed! i strongly advise that anyone should avoid this company, i suspect that it's fraudulent and a scam !
