started to fray after a single bike ride
The knee brace showed signs of wear after a single use. The company attributed this to "customer handling error" and "factors beyond the scope of the product's intended use or design". I would never buy another one. Absolute rip off
Knee brace breaks after 3 months use
Only bought the knee brace 3 months ago and some knits started to break and the brace gradually loses its contraction. I paid a premium price for a so called "quality product" and that's what I got. Went for warranty but the customer service refused it as I removed my tag from the brace so I don't have a tag number. Reported them to NSW fair trade. It's a joke.

I even have FEDex saying its delivered, honestly buy somewhere else and save yourself money.
Brilliant for osteoarthritis
I have arthritis that has effected all joints and spine.
Over the years I have tried over a dozen different brands, some cheap ebay most of them from chemist shops not cheap. At my wits end to find a back and knee braces that provides proper support and effective compression I invested in Bauerfeind. Back brace for osteoarthritis degeneration, GENUTRAIN S Hinged for unstable left knee with severe unicompartmental degradation,GENUTRAIN A3 for right knee same issues not as serve. I have been able to remain fully functional for work as a restaurant manager. I recommend Bauerfeind products. My knee braces are 18 months old and are used 5 days a week for up to 10 hours a day. Still in excellent condition and I wash them about every 3 weeks. Yes they are expensive but they last and provide the best support and pain relief.
Sell garbage products at ridiculous…
Sell garbage products at ridiculous prices. Save yourself the hassle and go to chemist warehouse. You're getting the same thing.
Bauerfeind is fancy fabric/elastics with cheap plastic inners that are identical to the cheap braces at Chem Warehouse.
Generic responses by customer service telling you to buy another of their over priced braces because the garbage product they sell has already failed, so why not buy another over priced brace for it to keep happening..... Rinse and repeat.

Not honouring warranty
Despite product being listed as 12 months warranty, they will not honour. Even with a gentle handwash and towel dry (they will loose elasticity). Mine lasted less the 6 months, despite the rediculously huge price tag. Avoid unless you got money to burn - bauerfeind will scrape the bottom of the barrel in order to avoid honouring the warranty. Shame on you Bauerfeind.
Fell apart within a few weeks of wearing
After a couple of weeks full time use, the stitching started coming apart. That progressed to the plastic side piece, which now pokes out of the material.
I reported this to Bauerfiend, but they said it was out of warranty. That's fair enough, but I'd worn the brace maybe 5 or 6 times, then 2 weeks full time for this to happen. Definitely won't be buying another.
Great compression stockings!
I recently purchased the Venotrain micro compression stocking and have been wearing it at work where I’m constantly on my feet. There’s been a noticeable difference in the swelling, achiness and fatigue in my legs after wearing it
The experience of purchasing the stocking in-store was easy. The staff were very friendly and informative. They did a 3D measurement of my legs to find the best size and explained the different classes of compression (I got class 1) and the different stocking lengths.
The stockings have been very comfortable and breathable under my scrubs. I love that they have these grippy dots so they don’t roll down the leg. I highly recommend their compression stockings!
Worth every cent! Will be buying another one
You get what you pay for and these guys are simply the best. Don’t hesitate it helped me out a lot with my knee and will check out some of the other products they offer. Trust the ‘German Made’ to be good!

Advertising 20% off Black Friday purchases. But wouldn’t honour the discount on my purchase ( valued over $800) claiming it was a Special order
It was only a back lumbar support for goodness sake!
And Yet the website claims it was sitewide for all products over the amount of $350.
Glad I didn’t do business with them in the end . Wouldn’t want to deal with them considering how they run a dishonest company.
Poor customer service and product easy to break
Bought a pair of knee support which was very pricy but after less than a year of using it whenever I play basketball, the gel pads was torn and came off resulting for the knee support to slid down. Reported the defect thru customer service and was told that they will not be able to replace the product because the tag identification cannot be found. The tag is still intact however it has faded due to washing. In the end I was told by the representative that the product cannot be replaced as per management. Not really recommending the product and will file a complaint before NSW Fair Trading.

Would not recommend sorry.

Really poor customer service for NZ…
Really poor customer service for NZ customers. they have a NZ website which sates quick shipping so i thought they were shipping locally. Turned out it ships from Australia and took three weeks. I bought the elbow brace size 5 with strap. The come as complimentary items the strap is only sold with the brace for added support.. The Elbow brace came in the size 5 ordered. I assumed the strap also would come in that size but turns out it needed to be sized and I got the default size 0. The brace costs $160 and the strap only $16. to return the strap would costs $16 from NZ more than its worth. I asked if they could just ship me a replacement in the right size given the low value of the starp. They refused saying the would only replace if i shipped the product back even though the shipping costs was the same as the product Retail price. i offered to return to their NZ depot. They only take returns in Australia. Says easy returns - not if your in NZ.
Your customer service is robotic.
Ordered something but was injured and literally couldn't put it on until after the 30 day return period. When I did put it on it cut off the circulation in my arm and my fingers went numb. I asked if I could return and obviously, their robotic customer service said no. Over $200 wasted. Thanks, BauerFiend!

It’s not as good as it seems in the reviews
This product seems to have a good reviews, so I decided to give it a go as I have been having some problems with a running injury, to be more precise with Patella ... Went to the Sydney CBD shop in July 2020 where a young sales girl helped me out to find the right fit at the time, she recommended Genutrain P3, I decided to get it..the sales person advised me that they will be pretty flexible with refund, exchange and future advice how to use the product...next day I tried the knee brace for my early run.. at the beginning was good, but after a few Ks the top part of my knee starting to hurts and the pain kept growing .. so I decided to adjusted a few times, but it was too painful (this new pain the brace was given me it was not related to the patella injury ..) I took it off and my knee was painful on that spot for two days... I decided to give it another try... this time just for a walk.. the same pain again, so I decided not to wear it anymore ... unfortunately I have to travel interstate and because of COVID I ended up mounts away from Sydney ... once I got back went back to rerun the knee brace and the same sales assistant told me that the item should be returned 30 days and no wear at all .(that was not why she told me when she sold her t to me.. she advised that they were really flexible with returns and exchange).. anyways now I have to keep a useless $239 knee brace that doesn’t fit the purpose ... do not waste your money and don’t believe what these people tell you .. they just want to sell the product... their customer service sucks

I'm very happy with the customer…4 stars!
I'm very happy with the customer service, delivery time and quality of the 2 knee supports I purchased.
The Sports Knee Support, I wear while doing active movement like running, surfing, etc. It is comfortable, supportive and stays in place without slipping.
The GenuTrain, I wear for my day-to-day routine (i.e. walking, driving, etc.). It is comfortable and supportive as well. The only issue I do have is that it tends to slip often, and I find myself pulling it up and back into place regularly. I wish it had the non-slip strips on the inside like the Sports Knee Support.
If not for the slippage of the GenuTrain, I'd of scored them both 5 stars. However, because of that issue, I'm giving 4 stars.
I'd highly recommend these products to others.
