Many thanks for your recent advice on whether to purchase a new business. As a small business this was a huge decision for us. We had looked at it briefly and could see great turnover and some huge contracts but we were unsure how to value the business.
We asked our accountant as well as yourself. First of all you responded within an hour which was fantastic. The other accountant responded on the same day but the value you provided was completely different.
Our usual accountant gave us some advice, it was ok but was quite vague and the answers were fairly basic. Your advice on the other hand, especially in such a quick turnaround time, was fantastic. It was clear you had done this many times before and had an excellent grasp on how to value the company. You understood the risks, the potential rewards and whether it would be a good decision or not.
It turns out it would have been a dreadful move for us. So you saved us from losing a lot of money which would have had a drastic effect on my business and family. I have to say I was extremely impressed and it would be easy to recommend you in the future.
