I’m strongly not recommending this company for anyone to buy or sell any car product .
As I recently had experience buying from this company and I’ve been ripped off and also waiting for a long time couldn’t get support ,
The person On the phone + 441254872604 Mis ZOE was not helpful and also she was trying to get away from the trouble that they make for me trying to ignore the situation .
I couldn’t get my part , I ordered a turbo charger for a car which was similar part number as my car what’s what I wanted that’s why I purchased it .
I paid for the turbo charger money but after 11 days , they send me a side mirror for a car which I didn’t ask for it and the value for the side mirror was £10 , 90% cheaper money than my turbo charger !!!
until I make a complaint and said to them that i’m making a complaint about your company in trustpilot , (( that other people get know how the worker in Baxendan car breakers Ltd work and give hard time for Customer)) .
then they came in a way that they said we can refund your money we know that you was waited long time .
Yes I was waiting long time because, They had got no other way to get away from it .
WHATS WHY they have to refunded my money !!!
At the end they refund me with a lot of stress and headache. I put my experience with this company for you all, To not trust this company and try to be safe and not put yourself in a stressful time as I had an experience with this company.

Even if you want to buy anything from this company on there Ebay website you will have problem you will have the same problem as I experienced it in January 2026 .
Some people had their experience with them too but when the people receive their money from this company , they didn’t bother to give them negative feedback . They say to me that you can have the part and we can refund the money too, but that doesn’t work for me that I should blind other people to have the same experience.

After making a complaint and telephone conversation after a long headache, you had no choice to give me a refund because you found it out that I was right and the people who was working was not doing well so therefore you refund me at the last point which I wasted a lot of times for the part and trusting your company which I shouldn’t do !!!
If it was first year of your business, I will forgive you and let you go for it as an experience but you’re not a first year in the business. How many peoples been suffered with your business coming across with this sort of headache as I’ve been through with?
Does it matter if somebody ordering an item which they been a Customer to you company do the customer have a right to get what the customer ordered ?
Or wish to send whatever you like to send or want to sell something that you want to sell to the Customer ???
Is this the way that you run a business and trying to sell the item , which has not being sell in your Company and you want send it to the customer?
Do you think that you have got plenty free time that all other people has got free time too , to miss about ordering an item and getting the wrong item?
