Just got my laptop back from having thermal paste renewed on cpu and graphics - great job phoned me before doing job to discuss and turnaround great.
Would highly recommend

Matthew came before time, he is always punctual.
Efficient and knew immediately about the problem I was experiencing with a certain website.
He soon sorted out the problem as usual.
He is very conscientious and polite and explains things to you.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

This time was worse Laptop was very ill and needed a lot of help. Printer needed replacing. Bay Tech to the rescue. I am very happy with my new printer and a rejuvenated laptop.
