I’ve waited a long time to write this review, but I feel it’s important to warn anyone considering buying backlinks from this website. Be cautious and explore other options.
I’ve tried contacting them numerous times through various channels, but I received no response. It’s clear they do not prioritize customer support. As a loyal customer who has purchased many backlinks from them in the past, I’m deeply disappointed. My mistake was placing a large order during my last purchase. Not only did they fail to deliver what I expected, but the quality was far below acceptable standards.
They claimed my backlinks were live, but they were nowhere to be found, and the ones they did provide weren’t even relevant. To make matters worse, they failed to provide proof of delivery for two backlinks, each costing over $$$.
This experience has left me extremely disappointed. If you’re thinking of buying backlinks from them, I urge you to reconsider. Don’t fall into the same trap I did. Look elsewhere for reliable options..

I scheduled a call with Magnus Norup, an account manager at Bazoom, on July 9, after seeing that his calendar was open for appointments. However, he canceled the call without providing any reason and rescheduled it for July 10. On July 10, just five minutes before the meeting, he canceled again, stating that he was on vacation.

While I understand that everyone needs time off, the lack of professionalism in how this was handled is frustrating. I had cleared time in my schedule to speak with him, only to be left without any clear communication or respect for my time. When I asked for clarification, he mentioned he could still answer emails, which raised further questions about the purpose of rescheduling if he was still available via email.

This experience has been disappointing, and I believe customer-facing roles should involve a higher level of consideration for others’ time. I am left feeling that this lack of professionalism reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to customer support and engagement.

I buy guest posts a lot from them and they are always late with the delivery. Waiting for a month for them to publish articles and then they write people to change their selected websites. Why offer if they cannot deliver. This does not work for people who need quick delivery
If the publishing date becomes quicker when I pay this much, then I will change the Rating

I sold guest posts on my website for them. But they haven't paid me. The total for 2 guest posts is $240, but they scammed me and didn't pay it.

Update on 26-09-2024: After I sent email to them, they sent payment to my bank account. So I change my review from 1 star to 4 star.

Issues with Communication

We've had some problems talking with your team. When we tried to discuss prices, the co-founder and COO quickly told us to stop wasting their time. We even wrote down our order details, but they just said things had changed since we last spoke 2 years ago. The funny thing is, we had agreed on the site and price on 16 Jun 2023.

I used to be okay working with them, especially when they bought some of my articles. But after seeing how they treated my team, I'm thinking twice about working with them in the future.

After you got an account, you'll get personal contact person from Bazoom. In my case this was Sebastian. He explained to me how everything worked and when I reached out to him he always replied within the next day. Maybe the prices are a bit higher, but the platform is very convenience, saves a lot of time (filtering options) and the customer service very good.
