Customer service was great, shipping was quick and the hot sauce was the extra kick to making this a great purchasing experince!

Very easy quick order, my Alfa pizza oven arrived quickly. Their emails go in spam though. They had good price on the oven.

Placed order for Napoleon grill. Following week called for a shipping update only to be told product was out of stock. While the person I spoke with was very apologetic and processed my refund immediately I will not be buying anything from BBQ authority. Firstly if your product is out if stock it should be clear on your website that the product is unavailable. Secondly if you're going to take my money immediately you should let me know the product is unavailable just as quickly.

Representatives were very helpful sending manuals and helpful information for decision making. Order was sent out in a timely manner
