Worth the wait
Website was easy to navigate, ordering was straightforward, and despite a delay in delivery (no fault of bbq rubs), they handled it quickly and professionally. Can’t wait to get grilling and smoking! Thx, bbq rubs!

Five stars isn’t enough!!
Five stars does not do this amazing company justice! I emailed after hours to see if I could get a VERY last minute Christmas gift in time for the holidays. I wasn’t expecting a response back until the morning, if at all, but to my surprise I received an email back within the hour! Rich offered to look into overnighting me the product I wanted, which wasn’t an available shipping option on their site, and got back to me right away the next morning with overnight shipping costs. I have never received such prompt, polite, all around excellent customer service! I have told all my family about this wonderful company, and we won’t be buying rubs/spices/sauces from anywhere else! Thank you Rich for being a true Christmas hero, and an exceptional business man!

So frustrating, can't place an order
EDIT: I appreciate that the owner took the time to respond, and responded quickly. It's good to see they addressed the problem quickly, and obviously care about things being done right.
I've upgraded my rating based on their attention.
Synopsis of original: Could not place an order unless I ordered enough to qualify for free shipping.
Even if I wanted to pay the shipping, I was unable to order.

Hi there,
We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you encountered while trying to place an order on our site. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the shipping system error that hindered your checkout process.
Firstly, we're pleased to inform you that the issue has been promptly identified and being resolved by our technical team as we speak. Your feedback was invaluable in pinpointing the specific errors, and we're grateful for your patience and understanding.
This technical glitch was erroneously restricting certain shipping options from certain parts of the country based on weight and price thresholds, which caused the problem you experienced.
Rest assured, our team is diligently rectifying these issues to ensure a seamless checkout experience for all our valued customers.
To express our regret for the inconvenience caused, we'd like to extend a gesture of goodwill. Could you please email us at your convenience with your name and phone number so that I can personally call you. Our email is: orders@bbqrubs.com or you can simply text your name and number to: 762-BBQ-RUBS (762-227-7827).

Great Products!!
I tried your product for the first time while visiting a relative in Tennessee. My wife and I really liked it and when we went back to Florida we grabbed a couple of jars to take back to Florida. We ran out of it and we looked to buy it here in Florida and had no luck finding any of your products. I googled the products and bingo!!, I could order the products from you!! Products are so good that I order enough to last for at least six months. I don’t want to run out of it!! Thank you for your products and great service!!!
