Excellent Customer Service
BBQS and GRILLS provided an exceptionally wonderful customer service experience. I had a challenge with an order for a part for our older Prestige 500 model. Kathleen and her team worked it out with a focus on the customer. Very helpful, courteous and professional. These are rare traits these days. Wonderful neighbors to the north! We will definitely buy from them in the future.

Waiting to receive
I live on the East Coast, and my package was sent to Tacoma, Washington. I’ve spoken with customer service at spot X twice today, I suggested to their customer service person to send a replacement, and I would return the other when I received it and the customer service representative said he would have to speak with her shipping department first. I’m still waiting for a reply.

Quick shipment
They shipped my order in a timely manner. My only coming is the shipper they use, Estes trucking. My grill came from Lenexa, KS, just a couple hours from me, and it took a couple weeks to arrive. Other than that, I thought the service was great and website easy to navigate.

Highly recommended outdoor cooking supplier!
Good company and website that made the purchasing experience easy. Great communication post-sale, and quick replies from customer service when I asked questions related to the product. One answer wasn't very helpful, but when communicating via email some clarity can be missed. Therefor, chatting with reps on the phone is recommended as they're friendly and easy to get in touch with! All in all, would definitely shop at bbqsgrills.com again.
