They use couriers please
They use couriers please! A well known useless courier service that has taken over a week to deliver my small package. They charge what Aus post would charge (trust me in know what they charge) and use this cheaper courier that just loves to lose packages (had it b4 from other companies that use this indian mob). You claim your Australian business but when the customer calls, you get someone from overseas. So your not just a small business from Seaford at all. Very deceptive. The products i ordered are readilly available in many other online retailers. They are now getting my business from now on. See ya.

After talking to a sales person it has been sorted out and returned to have them send out the correct size thanks again on your fast response 👍

At the time the order was placed, the BBQ was listed as backordered on our website. Shortly after your purchase, we also confirmed with you that the estimated delivery timeframe would be February–March, and advised that we would keep you updated if there were any further changes.
As of today (11 March), the order is still within the originally communicated ETA window. We’re also pleased to let you know that your BBQ was dispatched on 10 March, so it should be arriving within the next few days and still within the timeframe we initially advised.
As a small gesture of appreciation for your patience while the item was on backorder, we also offered complimentary rubs, which you kindly accepted.
