10hr waiting for call, inspection and collection - nothing
Abysmal. Told by the lease company to clean car inside and out, reset everything and the company would call to let me know when they would be coming.
Waited all day and heard nothing. Tusker appoint this company for their collection logistics. In fact I had to chase on Goskers behalf and was told that cutoff for calling to state arrival time I 17:30. I have heard nothing.
They will now have to give me a specific time when they re-arrange pickup. I am a busy person and refuse to sit around a second time for 10hrs.
I can only assume that as it was scheduled for a Friday they wanted to 'clock-off' early with complete disregard for customer service.
Shameful company.

I made a mistake on the application and wanted to correct it but was refused and lost my fee, this company is a joke
Paul was brilliant.
Read all these 1 star reviews and was so nervous for my end of lease collection, but honestly it couldn’t have been better.
A fella named Paul gave us his exact ETA (down to the minute), turned up on time, did the inspection in 15 minutes and gave us £0.00 charge. Explained everything properly before signing, was really helpful and put our minds at ease. Thank you Paul!
Hopefully we don't end up with any surprise charges in the next few days, but will update this review accordingly.

Collection did not take place on the agreed day despite being informed on the day that it was still going ahead.
Failed collection of lease car for a 2nd time!
I am beyond frustrated trying to have my lease vehicle collected - every time I have called I am clearly being lied to.
My vehicle was scheduled to be collected on Friday - the driver was a no-show and apparently couldn’t be contacted all day. I had to take annual leave to cover the time.
I arranged for collection today at my work address at - after being told delivery was estimated at 4pm, I called at 16.40 as I still hadn’t received a call from a driver.
Now, 5 calls later I am told no information can be confirmed as the lease is in my wife’s name. How has this suddenly become an issue?
When will the vehicle be collected?
It is no longer insured
It is sure it run out of its MOT on the 8th of Nov
I honestly think I am being lied to, or you simply do not know what you are talking about.
An absolute disgrace!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! spent 6k on a van and within 1 mile of leaving the yard after picking it up the engine failed. Blown head gadget .... Messaged them straight away , no return or refund. Took us 2 years to save up for this van. Complete conmen.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!
Absolutely shambolic!
Absolutely shambolic company…I’m not sure how they could be worse. It astounds me that reputable leasing companies are still using them for end of contract collections. The drivers simply don’t turn up, there is no communication and the staff are seemingly trained to be unhelpful. Was advised at 5pm a driver was still coming…obviously untrue. Called at 9am next day to be advised they now can’t collect until next week.

Emma in customer services was fantastic, She was super thorough with assisting me. She even called me back with an update with more information. I wish all the customer service representatives were as helpful and polite and go the extra mile like Emma has today. Thank you Emma.

They are scammers
They are scammers
The cars are selling more than what actually would sell in garages
I don’t think anybody bids those
They just bid themselves to a maximum sale of the cars
I’ve heard them pressing the keyboard when selling it’s a big jump
I don’t ever think a dealer or a private would bid those cars more on what’s actually valued
Then you see the same car again again selling
They are big scammers
Avoid
I had my car picked up today at 5.34pm…
I had my car picked up today at 5.34pm after being told it would be between 8.30am-5.30pm and that the driver would ring me an hour before (he didn't). I had to call them twice before to find out what was happening. Surely, the drivers must know what jobs they have and they could give a shorter time window. It's just absolutely ludicrous.
After looking at the other bad reviews, I am now really worried that they will rip me off with a huge bill, like they have done with others.
Their driver picked up my car BV72 XTT…
Their driver picked up my car BV72 XTT ar 17.13pm and it was involved in an RTA after that. I am now having to deal with my insurers as Police contacted them as my insurance was still valid until midnight!
I have emailed BCA and they have not replied
Ridiculous company.
BCA Con, Scam?
I received a bill from BCA inspected vehicle for £760. Minor scratches were regarded as repainting of whole panels, when they are likely to be buffed out with T cut. Leased vehicles for 20 yrs, never had this level of con before. Clearly they are exploring other avenues of income as the auction industry suffers with a downturn. Don't you wish business was ethical like it used to be.
They are a bad company to work for
They are a bad company to work for, they don't pay a fair price for the work their drivers do and they won't refund all of your expenses, even though they have given you authorisation and provided receipts. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. They will take the mick.
Dirty, dirty work
Scuzzy. If you're having a lease car collected by them, make sure you watch them tap 'submit' on their little iPad after you've signed the report. Details on the final report differed from the one I saw and signed, suggesting the dirty b's gone in and altered details after the fact.
For example, the "<10mm windscreen chip" that I signed for turned to a "10-20mm crack". The service history was apparently missing, despite the fact that the driver had to physically move it from the driving seat in order to drive away.
To top it off, the report now says "customer not present"... I signed the thing, so not too sure what their deal is there.
Long and the short of it is, after being told that all the items in the report were minimal, and being 10k below the mileage limit, I've had £870 taken out of my bank (without any communication or invoice, which is a whole other review).
Obviously you can't decide which cowboys your lease company use but you can make sure you get everything in writing before they drive off and throw your service history into the verges. Do not trust them.
They bid up their own cars beware
Just signed up to BCA the other week
Just signed up to BCA the other week. Bought a cheaper car that was in the a UKCGR low mileage sale as bit of a tester. Came with a mechanical report that was spot on. Auction site good & had a easy collection from my driver. A lot of bad reviews on here but like any auctions don't get carried away with bidding etc. These are trade cars that going to need some sort of prep. Will use again.
Martyne hearne very disgusting
Dear BCA Customer Service,
I would like to raise a complaint regarding the behaviour of one of your staff members, Mr. Martyn Hearne.
I have noticed on several occasions that certain vehicles in poor condition are being pushed up in bids during auctions. I strongly suspect that Mr. Hearne is involved in artificially increasing the bid price (“bidding up”) on vehicles that are clearly faulty. This practice is unfair and misleading to genuine buyers.
As a regular customer, I expect fair and transparent auction procedures. I ask that you investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate action if any misconduct is found.
