Great Customer Service
I recently ordered an item based on the measurements on the website. When it arrived, while it fit through the bust, it was so slim-fit that I couldn't wear it. When I contacted customer service they were understanding and helpful, with multiple communications, and offered a replacement. It hasn't yet been received, so not sure about the fit this time, but I am impressed by their responsiveness. I took a star off because of the fit issue but the service was great.
