I have now purchased two brobes. The Toucan and the Charcoal. They are literally the best investment. I also have a Dryrobe and the Beachbum beats that hands down. Love them!

Good quality coat unfortunately i didn’t like the style on me so i decided to return it :(
However, the delivery was quick and the communication from the customer team was good.
Yes I would recommend this coat and company to others.

Ordered a robe for my daughter's birthday, very nice product but sadly did not fit. Tried to organise a return and exchange but non-existent customer services. They don't have a phone number and never replied to our emails. Disappointing.

I have now ordered and love both the mint green brobe and Azure swimming costume. The quality is excellent, I frequently receive compliments on both and when I look at the quality compared to others in different brand brobes, I am so pleased I chose BeachBum. I contacted customer service and dealt with Max; I found him to be excellent. He couldn't have done more to assist me. I really appreciate both the standard of customer service and the quality of the items, therefore I couldn't recommend more highly! Thank you!

I absolutely love my growing beach bum collection! Bought a sup first which is absolutely amazing it’s such high quality sturdy and looks beautiful! I’ve recently bought a brobe (which is also high quality, thick sherpa and thick waterproof above any others I’ve seen on the market) a spring suit and a swimsuit! Which I am yet to use but look stunning and are again very well made! Would highly recommend to anyone!

I love the swimsuit good for my cold water swim. Only down side is it is really difficult to take off. I cant get it over my shoulders. Need someone to help me get it off.

I wish I could give this so called business a lower grade! There customer service is horrible, they lag to process orders and take forever to ship!! I had to send multiple emails to get an answer on my items. Then never once replied. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

Quality robe. Love it. Been wearing it daily as it’s comfortable, thick and warm. Definitely recommend rather than cheap ones.

I generally find wet suits uncomfortable and difficult to get on and off but my shortie beach bum is perfect, and so soft and comfortable.

2nd brobe bought from yourselves and as usual, did not disappoint. The free tote bag is perfect too. I feel very ready for my next cold water swim!

Unfortunately I have had to return it today. I looked at your sizing guidance on your website…on the VT Teagan being 5’4’’ was in size small…and it appears to be below her knee. I am 5’5’’ and sadly it is above my knee. Something which I did not want.

I am writing this review for a friend for whom I purchased the coat. She admired mine and said it would be perfect for school runs and it hasn’t disappointed. The fit is perfect and holds the wind and rain at bay. She - like myself - would also recommend your company.

Disappointed with my recent purchase of a charcoal brobe. I previously bought a pale blue one which was so heavy and thick, it was like wearing a great big hug. The charcoal one is much lighter and thinner and I have to layer up when wearing it as it's not very warm.

I love my coat - I've already worn it loads, especially for dog walks in very heavy rain and I didn't get at all wet. I'm size 8 and went for the XS and it's a perfect length and fit. It's lovely and warm without being too padded and it has great pockets for gloves, phone etc. The hood fits perfectly too - that never happens with coats usually. I went for the olive green and matching hat - the hat was definitely a good addition. After ordering, and before it arriving, I changed my mind about the colour and Penny was really helpful - although in the end, I loved the green so stuck with it. Great product, great customer service.
