Great friendly and efficient service. Really lovely staff who put me at my ease and explained everything about the process in detailed and easy terms allaying any fears I had. Also, well explained and detailed report following testing and great advice about any further treatment. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The receptionist was very overpowering…
The receptionist was very overpowering and was at times too familiar with both myself and other patients. She needs to understand that patients do not need to have their private information broadcasted to the other patients in the waiting room.

A very professional clinic
A very professional, efficient and pleasant staff. I left, feeling I had got the very best of care and expertise. Everything was fully explained and I was given a very comprehensive record of my test results for future comparison and reference.

I could not recommend Beacon Audiology enough. The staff were extremely good at their jobs and made a very difficult visit with a uncooperative two year old a lot easier with there very professional approach.
