Overall energy boost. Way less cramping.

Customer Service is excellent. I have been taking BEAM for a while now with their little shot glass :) it has improved my sleep and energy levels through the day. I have had my mom taking it now as well

I have been trying and trying to get an answer or a response. I read all the reviews that said it was tasteless. But mine taste like dirt or mold. It’s not intolerable to take. I’m just afraid it might be mold and contaminated.

They sent me an order I did not place, will not refund me the order, and are giving me the run around. I had a subscription for a different product, which I put on hold. How I was charged for and sent a completely different product I have no idea. Terrible customer service.

Received two kinds as a gift and tried the micro-boost for a couple days and it made me feel terribly nauseous every time. So, tried just the electrolyze instead and made me feel like I couldn't quench my thirst no matter how much I drank. I felt gross and drained of energy until I stopped using them altogether. Very disappointing.

I exercise and hike very regular. 2 weeks after I started the minerals I became very weak. I kept taking the minerals until 6 weeks but I started feeling weaker and weaker and more exhausted. My sudden fatigue was alarming! I was unable to exercise for a few weeks. I was so confused and concerned. 4 days ago I started to dig deeper and found a review here from an avid cyclist that wrote about every issue they had and it was like they were describing me!
I stopped the minerals immediately and after 3 days I have almost all my energy back.
I have no idea why but I will research it.

This product saved me. I was having debilitating panic attacks from elevated copper (IUD related) and I saw this woman talk on Gaia passionately about minerals. I tried a cheaper brand and it left a residue so I bought Beam (both electrolyze and micronutrient bottle). It’s been over a month and I can’t believe I’m not panicking. My hair feels thicker and my teeth are better according to my dentist (feedback I didn’t expect)

This product has worked miracles for me! My hair loss has reduced to only a few hairs a day when I shower and blow dry my hair. I give it to my husband now and I am going to order for my daughter!

I started using BEAM to help me with Night Cramps, but it has helped me with Recovering from my Gout. I feel so much better after spraying my face and taking a shot.

I've been using this product for at least 4 months and now find out that I have iodine and zinc deficiency (who knows what else). I find their claims of it being a perfectly balanced formula to be lacking. Waste of money.

Threw it out! Purchased the products for myself, my son and our dogs. I added it to the dogs’ water as instructed and changed and cleaned buckets daily (as always). It still made their water smell like sewage within the day and they started dumping their buckets. A big tell if the dogs wont touch it. Also weary of the lack of info about the products and it containing heavy metals I’ve already tested high in.

I’ve been using BEAM minerals micro boost and electrolytes for 2 months now. It has no flavor and I am able to add it to my morning coffee, which makes it really easy to use. But, I’ve noticed nothing. Hair, nails, gut, skin…all the same. I might as well be adding water to my coffee every morning. I really wanted this product to work. I follow Mindy Pelz, so I ordered it based on her recommendation and the glowing reviews. I asked for, and did receive a list of the ingredients, so I don’t know why some people are complaining about not knowing the ingredients. Geez, just ask! The ingredient list is lengthy and can’t be placed on the back of the bottle. Anyway, I have no complaints other than it did absolutely nothing for me. I gave 3 stars because of the great customer service.

Beam minerals have helped in my recovery of an autoimmune condition. Many of my symptoms have greatly reduced since taking the minerals. My last order was received, processed and shipped very quickly.

This product is amazing. My nails and hair are growing. My skin is shiny. My gut issues are improving.
I also love the happylites, they boost a bad mood in seconds, which I thought was a joke, but no it really works. If I could only use one product it would be the beam minerals.
