We required a birthday cake making at very short notice (within 48 hours).

I emailed the team late on Wednesday (around midnight) and, after receiving confirmation early on Thursday that they could have the cake ready in time, I submitted an online order that would be ready for collection on Friday afternoon.

The large Ferrero Rocher cake was phenomenal (not too creamy, not too spongy, perfect ganache) ... and just the right amount for 14 people.

Aaron and team really delivered. Hugely appreciated!!

The Beardy Baker baked our wedding cake and a bunch of tray bakes. The wedding cake itself was spectacular, but I can't comment on the tray bakes personally as they all disappeared before I could grab one! I think that says a lot about how popular they were. Definitely recommended.

Really nice red velvet birthday cake!

Despite giving the Beardy Baker very short notice, we ordered a Victoria Sponge on the Thursday night and picked it up freshly made on the Friday afternoon. As a dairy intolerant Coeliac who has tried as many cakes as I can find, this was without a doubt THE best cake I've had!! Definitely getting more!! Thank you so much for providing the best birthday cake I could have asked for!!

The whole experience of selecting, ordering, receiving and enjoying my son's Birthday cake was easy with the Beardy Baker. The cake came on time, was presented well, the note we had requested was there and the Red Velvet cake was divine 😋. Will definitely use this company again.
The only thing I would have liked was a chance to personalise the cake a little more, but for the taste....we were more than satisfied. Thank You- well worth it.

Yummy cakes and excellent customer service always willing to go the extra to accommodate intolerances and last minute orders. So far I have sampled the Victoria sponge, chocolate layer cake, raspberry bakewell cake, carrot cake and orange/almond cake, oh and the brownies and all were delicious. The cake boxes also make excellent presents to send to loved ones for any occasion. The lemon drizzle loaf is on my radar for the next family occasion….
