I have had a 5 star experience with Beautifect but in particular their customer service. Emma was delightful to work with. When I had a concern she was expedient and thorough as well as gracious. She is a wonderful face for the company!

I ordered a Beautifect beauty case back in February and was absolutely thrilled with it. It’s a beautiful product and so stylish too. It gets used very lightly once a day and never leaves the house and it is still immaculate. Unfortunately last week one of the clasps completely failed. I contacted Beautifect and within minutes I’d received an email back from Heather from customer care. I explained the problem and we exchanged a couple more emails where I had to share photos of the problem. Once the photos had been looked at Heather emailed back to say there would be a replacement sent out for me and I could keep my original beautifect case to do with as I wish. Today, I received my replacement. It’s all happened so quickly, the service has been second to none. This has been some of the best customer care I’ve ever experinced, if not the best. Thank you so much Heather, you've been fantastic and thank you Beautifect for really looking after your customers. I’m super impressed.

The Beautifect box is a very high quality, supreme makeup vanity. The quality of the mirror and lights is excellent. It is very luxurious to use and also functional. Customer service is better than any company. Emma was helpful via chat in helping me to select products and colors. (I purchased matte black with nude bags and the tote. It is beautiful.) Heather was helpful in answering all my email questions about the products and with much kindness. All responses are timely, and most immediate. Also,shipping is very fast. I live in Pennsylvania, USA. I placed my order on May 27th and received it (beautifully packaged) on June 3rd. I am 100% happy with all the products and customer service!

I've been following Beautifect for a few months, whilst hinting at my partner to buy me some products for my birthday. He got the hint and WOW, I can't even begin to describe how gorgeous these products are, he got me the glow mirror in a pinky/nude colour, the black vanity bag and new bamboo face cloths, I'm obsessed! The lighting on the glow mirror is so bright and I can see my face so purely when doing my skincare routine, the cloths are super soft for my sensitive skin, never felt better! Can't wait to buy some more accessories soon!! Customer for life

Disappointed. Little things like the Beauty Blender can't stand upright, the add-on mirror doesn't appear to have anywhere to live. I'm not particularly impressed by the lighting feature. Style over substance.

WOW doesn’t begin to describe this Beauty Box. I just wish I hadn’t waited so long to order. I received my Gold box about 2 weeks and I can’t imagine life without it. I absolutely LOVE it! I went back and ordered the soft cosmetic case along with extra cosmetic pouches which make the best brush bags, eyeliner and lipstick bags. I even reordered more because I use them as catch alls for small items in my large tote bags! Did I say AMAZING! I think I now have everything but the brushes. Trust me they will be my next order. Again, don’t hesitate and ponder like I did! Order now and you will be so happy that you did. The quality of this box and all their products are second to none!

I was trying to track down a particular product which wasn't showing on the website so contacted Beautifect via the live chat. Had a immediate response from Emma who could not have been more helpful. She located the bag I was looking for and advised me what to do next. I was then able to place my order and it was despatched straight away. Also at a very reasonable delivery cost. Perfect.

I visited the live chat via the website for some advice before ordering. Customer services was so helpful in answering all my questions and nothing seemed like too much trouble. I ordered the Ultimate Light Duo and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Beautifect box and glow mirror. In the end I went for the Nude box and matching nude glow mirror. The lighting is just out of this world! I've received so many compliments on my make up recently. My not so secret tool as I will be shouting from the rooftops about how much I love my Beautifect products!

I would not recommend purchasing this beauty box from this company. My box is defective and they acuse you of doing something to it so they won’t cover the Warrenty. They would only replace my box if I paid them more money. I am beyond disappointed in this companies values. After all this isn’t a cheap box. So beware.

I love my Beautifect Box so much and can’t believe how much easier my whole makeup routine has improved - especially now that I can see better close up, and the different light settings are fantastic! I also purchased the professional makeup brush set and pod with blender and I’m very happy with these as well!

First off, my product was packaged with care, lots of detail to ensure that it wasn’t damaged upon arrival. Secondly, I was so impressed by the quality of the Beautifect. The design is amazing, the lighting is like nothing else I’ve seen before. I received this as a Christmas gift from my husband, and I have since purchased the beauty blender with pod, it too is so beautiful as it matches my Beautifect. I plan on making more purchases! I absolutely love this luxury item! ❤️

Easy ordering and I got it pretty quick in five days. It is really a beautiful makeup bag. I got the Rose Gold along with some brushes and the clear tote. I love them all! I have purchased makeup bags many times, but they are all soft sided. None had the mirror either. This keeps everything in place and you can use it anywhere! In my opinion, it is worth the cost. I have had it almost 2 weeks and I use it everyday.
