Beautology Avis 

I joined Beautology under a monthly membership with the clear promise that I could pause or cancel anytime with one month’s notice. When I tried to pause my membership, I wasn’t given the correct instructions straight away, and their delayed replies caused me to miss their “cut-off date” despite contacting them in advance.

After forcing me to pay another month, they booked me new appointments for October and even November. Then, when I turned up to my appointment, they refused to treat me saying I had stopped paying — even though they had taken the money.

When I said I wouldn’t pay again, the beautician suddenly changed the story and said she would do it “for free because you came all the way from Newport”. At that point I already felt extremely uncomfortable with their attitude, so I left — and an hour later I received a £25 ‘no-show’ charge, even though I was physically there on time.

Unprofessional, inconsistent, and borderline abusive behaviour.
Definitely not recommended — avoid memberships here.

My time at Beautology has been fantastic over the last year! Everyone at Beautology is lovely to talk to and the treatment centres are very pleasant to be in.

Cristina in particular has been a pleasure to see every month, she makes me feel completely comfortable and relaxed, which I find especially important when considering how sensitive I feel about my treatment areas. We always have a good laugh as well which makes me look forward to my appointments! She is always careful and considerate with the laser on sensitive areas and informs me of the best options for my treatment in terms of skincare or how to see best results. It has been great to see my hair growth reduce more and more over time which has made me feel much more confident with my body. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

She was incredibly friendly

I’ve had treatments with two different aestheticians and both have been so warm and friendly. I’ve been going regularly for a year now and look forward to my appointments in advance. They are goal-oriented and efficient, but still get to know their clients as people. I highly recommend!

Staff here are very friendly and welcoming made me feel very comfortable throughout my consultation and my first skin booster. Highly recommend going to them for any concerns you have about your skin.

Alice is wonderful and attentive. She has listened well and designed a tailored experience around my desired outcomes. I would highly recommend Alice and the team at Beautology.

I'm not the best around people but I was made to feel welcome and comfortable despite my insecurities, Alice was the person who worked with me and she was kind, listened, and was good at thinking of or looking up solutions, products, and plans that could help me with my skin and facial hair situations.
Basically, I went in that day very nervous and feeling like I might be unwelcome or wasting my time, but left feeling very happy I went and like I had taken positive steps toward some of my health goals.
It was a good day! Big thanks to Alice and everyone! I definitely recommend the place!

Wonderful therapist

Dipika is a wonderful beautician. She always makes me feel very relaxed and has planned treatments tailored to my skin. I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my 40yo face, especially in a reduction in the melasma that I’ve had since my first child was born 7 years ago! Thank you Dipika

I'm currently undergoing skin treatment with Anjali at Beatology, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Anjali is incredibly kind, polite, and knowledgeableshe truly understands what’s best for my skin. I feel very comfortable with her, and her treatments have been really effective.

I’m also really impressed with Beatology’s face serum and cream. Although they’re a bit on the expensive side, they are definitely worth it for the quality and results they deliver. I’m so glad I found Beatology for my skincare journey. Thank you so much, Anjali!

Cristina is amazing at what she does. She always gives me the best advice and makes sure I feel comfortable. I can already see really good results from my treatment, and if I decide to do more in the future, it will definitely be with her.

I have Holly as a therapist and she is constantly calm , engaging and knowledgeable. When I get home my family say you look younger somehow. I do notice my skin is glowing , but more than that I feel so relaxed, as Holly makes you feel at ease and massages while you’re waiting for products to work.

Jelena is always welcoming and explains treatment options clearly so I can make an informed choice.
I had Fractional RF. Jelena regularly asked how I was feeling. I was fine. I could certainly feel what was being done but it wasn’t unpleasant and perfectly manageable. Jelena assured me she could change settings if necessary. I was in safe hands.

I attended my first prep session with Jelena and I was delighted. She remembered exactly what my concerns were and prescribed a session to meet those needs. She kept me informed of what she was doing, what products she was using and how the treatment would feel. I cannot wait to attend my next session next week. Both my daughter and husband commented on my skin after just one visit so I am looking forward to the results over the coming months. Thankyou Jelena x
