I cannot instantly reach out regarding an order placed on the 12th of October 2025 to confirm when the item would be dispatched and how long it takes; request that I go into the store to buy if it will take forever giving explicit reasons (I leave for overseas for work and there is no one to pick up upon delivery) why a delay in dispatch of these items would be detrimental and get an assurance that this would be sent as soon as possible, only for you now to quote rubbish out of your booklet. Do not test my patience Hair and Beauty Beautopia!!!
If the goods had been dispatched already when I reached out WITH REASONS, then I may be in the wrong, but I cannot reach out 3 days before a processing/dispatch stating my predicament and OFFER TO BUY IN YOUR STORE only to be met with such rubbish service by your customer support agent Michelle.
You better cancel that order and refund me as advised because your extensive delay in sending out these products will be met with my unavailability due to work as advised.
I need my refund ASAP.

TERRIBLE experience with Beautopia. Parcel was lost. I was told that it wasnt their problem. I pushed them to lodge an enquiry with auspost, FINALLY they did and it arrived a few weeks later. No apology, no sense of urgency or concern. It was an awful experience. I’d pay more and shop elsewhere.
Customer Service Lacking
They are the right products, however they over tape each lid? so when you take the tape off its all sticky and not pleasant. Also they are in Australia? and it took 10 days for delivery? i would not use again.
Zero customer service. Buyer Beware.
Ordered 2 bottles of shampoo from Beautopia.com.au on 12/05/2025. About a week later received a package from them containing only 1 bottle. Upon further inspection the manufactured date of that bottle was 04/12/2014!! Attempted to email and call them multiple times with no reply. Their phone number simply directs you to leave a message.
Zero customer service, products that are over a decade old being sold as new, and only received half the order. Ended up having to get my bank involved.
Buyer beware. There are plenty of other reputable stores online.

I was formally offered a role by this company, only to have the offer withdrawn hours later. It was abrupt, poorly handled, and completely unprofessional.
No apology, no accountability, just a complete disregard for my time, effort, and livelihood.
This isn’t just unprofessional, it’s disgraceful. If this is how they treat someone before their first day, imagine what it’s like once you’re on the inside.

Order placed and paid for over a month ago. Sent emails asking for reply and where is my order? Still no reply, no product, no refund. However, just received a reply today that the 'courier lost my order'. Interesting as I never had notification my order had been shipped. Hoping that now it does get shipped & actually arrives.

You cannot post low ratings on their website for products. Used Jeval Hemp seed and argan oil shampoo and it made most of my hair fall out - but their system keeps reverting my rating after typing. I thought the hair loss was due to perimenopause - but after going on HRT - and changing products -the hair loss stopped. I used the Jeval product for about four years - please stop using this product if you have an allergic reaction like I did. It has been very distressing and stressful.

Don't order if you are in a rush
If you shop online and need your items in less than a week, do not place an order. They do not offer express shipping and take a couple of days to pack your order and then shipped the following day. They also use Couriers Please as their shipping partner who are also very slow.
Their customer service team are also slow to respond to communications and don't offer any solutions.
Avoid unless you have all the time in the world.

I have made a purchase 100000237920 and received the order on time. Just to my surprise the way they did the packaging is so cheap and unexpected. I ended up opening the parcel to witness broken wax cartridge, wax strips pack opened and spread across in the box where those small piles can fit in. I immediately sent them an email with picture evidence and got a response that they’ll reach out to me soon with answers. It’s been a week, think they are still thinking what to answer 😂. Will never suggest this brand to anyone shop.

It’s been 5 emails (most without a response!) and several phone calls (no one answered left a message) It’s been almost 12 weeks!
Finally got some action when I called the customer service for salons instead of online order, she was very polite and responsive as I got one the next day but it was the wrong one and doesn’t fit my scissors!!!
How does this business survive with such poor customer service!!!

I ordered my straighteners and they were with me within 3 days! I spoke to a lady originally who told me they wouldn't be sent out for 4/5 days so nearly a week before I received them. I called back and I spoke to a wonderful lady called Victoria who immediately understood my dilemma of frizzy hair as my GHD's had broken and was on it immediately. This most definitely will not be the last time I order from this company. Absolutely excellent customer service - Victoria you were awesome :)

She was so helpful, so accommodating to my lack of knowledge about the products & explained everything to me in detail & nothing was a bother.
