Me and my sister both attended this spa over the weekend and the staff were very friendly. Especially the receptionist on the day was very helpful.

We had an amazinggggg time at the spa! The facilities were great and the staff excellent and attentive! We look forward to our return!!

I bought a Wowcher for this spa for Mother’s Day and I absolutely loved it! The spa was amazing and the massage I received was super relaxing. Will definitely visit again! 😊

Had a lovely time at the Piccadilly branch. Went on a Friday morning/afternoon so was not too busy, but nice and private. The treatments were amazing and the facilities are well kept and clean. The staff on site were extremely helpful and kind. Looking forward to coming back.

My recent deep tissue massage at beauty and melody spa resulted in unexpected bruises and discomfort beyond what I've experienced previously. Despite communicating my preferences, the session left me sore and disappointed, Attempts to address my concerns via email were met with no satisfactory resolution. Disappointed with the service quality and post-treatment support.
I don’t recommend this Spa at all , Please don’t waste your money going there

Absolutely wonderful spa, which has everything you need: clean, full range of facilities and helpful, friendly and highly competent staff. This was a present from someone and it was really special. I also had the best massage EVER! I highly recommend this.

I used to work for an award-winning Asian spa so my standards are quite high. The experience I've had since living in the UK was at most average but nothing mindblowing. For a Groupon voucher, my experience with Beauty and Melody has been great and exceeded my expectations. Although I was late coming from another appointment, the Receptionist (I think her name was Simona) was really accommodating and friendly and still gave me my full time at the spa. My therapist was Rosa and she also gave me a lovely deep tissue massage followed by a body scrub. The only thing I'd do differently next time is to book a longer massage so I can really get the full benefits. Despite the small venue, the facilities were great and it has everything you need (sauna, steam, jacuzzi, even prosecco or juice). I would definitely return and bring along some friends.

The spa experience was amazing. I had a deep tissue full body massage and came out feeling like a new woman. The spa is clean and the staff were fantastic, they make you feel welcome and relaxed from the moment you walk in. I’ve already rebooked for my next session.
