If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a nail printer from them in the beginning of June. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything from them, I messaged the company on all the platforms they suggest to reach them with no response. I even tried calling their support number and the line is busy. I still haven’t received my printer and filed a claim with my bank. Save your sanity and your money by just not buying anything from them.

This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I placed an order that equated to about $70. After not receiving my order or an email to give me an update as to why the order hadn’t shipped over two weeks later, I tried to find a phone number to call them. There is no phone number provided and it took a while to receive a response via email. I spoke with Francisco Farace. This person who was so rude and seemed to purposely abuse me. They claimed that some of the polishes were backordered. I told them that I would like to cancel the order. Not only did they refuse to cancel the order by saying I’m not sure if I can… I’ll let you know, they purposely sent two of the polishes that were in the order, and still did not cancel the entire order. After a bunch of back-and-forth correspondence, they told me that they would send a prepaid label to send the package back to make it right. I just received the two polishes that were poor quality btw. I requested for them to send a prepaid label to return the two polishes and they responded saying that they cannot accept the return of the two polishes that I received. It’s insane. They also didn’t offer to refund the backordered polishes until the 5th or 6th email and had the nerve to say that the cost of the backordered polish could be refunded via store credit. Lol I have no other recourse to go to my bank and request a refund for the purchase. I will never order anything through that site again, and I suggest that you don’t either.
