Beauty Sense Avis 31

i ordered a skinceuticals set , it cost me over $250.00.
The product is a knock off , bottles were completely different.
The smell of the Vitamin C serum was not the same
Have asked for full refund

Placed $200 order for five items.
They only shipped one. Contacted them they said order had shipped. Again explained only one package received with one item. They implied I was lying, as just said again my order had been shipped and received. They should have checked order weight with shipment weight. They didn't care and were not interested in solving it. I was just out my $150. Will not shop or recommend them. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I purchased a premium eye product that gave me a terrible rash. I was surprised that I had to pay to return even though there was a legitimate reason to do so. The fine print did say it was our responsibility so I asked them to do something. They provided me with an email providing a 15% discount. No exclusions were mentioned. They have not honoured this written confirmation and are claiming I cannot combine with their Tax exemption sale which they provide regularly. I have tried several times to get them to do the right thing as a customer. They fell very short, not seeing the forest for the trees and have now lost a long-time customer.

Ok. My item took nearly a month to arrive. Their refund policy only extends to 30 days after purchase date. This concerned me as it was fast approaching that date and I had still not received my order. Their support staff was blase in their attitude, quickly blaming the postal service for the delay. Luckily, my item arrived. However, the 3$ I saved buying the 95$ item at beautysense vs paying 99$ at my local spa ended up not being worth it at ALL, as the time I spent waiting for it to arrive meant I lost progress in my skin retinization. I wouldn't recommend this site, but it's fine.

Pro:
Pretty good products, cheap price compare to other stores, you get free sample.

Con:
Shipping time.

Note. My order confirmation went to junk mail so check there first. And all orders come with tracking numbers and wonderful three samples with all my orders

First time ordering from beauty sense, I do have to say great experience. Got a bunch of fun samples and all my product neatly tucked in a small box. Very very very happy and will for sure be ordering my products from beauty sense from now on.

I have been looking for a great place to order high end products online (I am in Canada) and found BeautySense.ca they offer great brands (REAL products no worry that you are getting fake products ever!) and very reasonable prices. You can accumulate points and you receive discounts. They ship quickly, you receive confirmation emails and I have received free shipping on the orders I have placed. I highly highly recommend this company and if I ever have any issues I will update but so far my experiences have been five star.
