Exceeded my expectations!
Didn't expect to find what I was looking for so quickly, but thanks to Charlotte and her outstanding customer service, I was able to find the perfect engagement ring. Charlotte was extremely knowledgable and could tell exactly which rings were most likely to fit what I was looking for. And as an added bonus, the ring was available same day in the size I wanted. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time from any company. Charlotte is a colleague that Beaverbrooks can and should be very proud of!

Went to Beaverbrooks at the Oracle looking for an emerald and diamond necklace for my wife on our 20th Wedding anniversary and received much valued help and advice from Lisa who’s an absolute asset to the business. Necklace looks beautiful and my wife was super happy with it. Thanks so much Lisa!

9 carat 7mm pearl stud
We purchased a 9 carat 7mm pearl earrings from Beaverbrook Reading branch as a Christmas present for our daughter. Within months one pearl had come off the gold stem.
We took it back to the shop and they mended it. But again months later both the pearls had come off the stem. Again, I took it back to the Reading branch.
Charlotte who served us was fab. I had been in touch with customer service and she knew about what had happened. We were given a brand new replacement pair of earrings in exchange for the broken one.
Hoping this is going to be ok. The Beaverbrook service was great!
