Bad Experience
I bought another brand new watch from Beaverbrooks and this time the experience was far from good. The watch was received with marks on it, the store initially said they would size the strap but on arrival to the store, the assistant stated they could not size the strap at their store. When I raised these issues with Beaverbrooks customer service, their response was that they are not willing to do anything about it. Next time I’ll shop elsewhere.

What a pleasure to shop in Touchwood…
What a pleasure to shop in Touchwood Solihull store, I was greeted by a lovely assistant by the name of Anna, she helped with sending off my existing Vivienne Westwood watch to replace a leather strap, ensuring that the repaired watch would be returned to my home address in Coventry, and then provided excellent customer service with the purchase of a 2nd Vivienne Westwood watch.
Thank you Anna for being so kind and patient.

The staff at Beaverbrooks solihull are amazing. Every single one of them. Even when you just go in to look they dont pester you like most retailers or they dont judge you just for browsing. Its for this reason i purchased the watch and the service is always polite the staff are always smiling. Very helpful people overall. Wish them the best
