Beaver Soil ‘N’ Mulch Limited Avis 1 857

I placed my order on the 6th of May 2022, the company took my £122.18 but have still not delivered the product. I have sent 5 e-mails and received only 1 reply stating that they were having some problems. I have now asked the credit card company to get my money back.

DREADFUL meant to be delivered in 3 days, took 3 weeks and full of mites. Certainly do not recommend at all and I shall never use again.

Previously ordered and great soil. This time there were definitely stones, bits if wood and a couple of large bits of rubble. Seems like they had problems with a machine and fell behind with deliveries. No excuse for not grading the soil properly. Disappointed, may buy again but will inspect first.

it was nearly a month late .I emailed tried to phone and nothing. then I was told it was coming the next day and was then left as I asked the driver on the phone line. I will never use you again

Avoid. They have taken our money. No sign we will get it back. We will have to start court proceedings. No communication from them. Sad people behave like this ripping people off. We cancelled the order they don't refund.

Do not use. I didn't ever receive my order. I places a large order for soil, manure & woodchips. The company was almost impossible to get hold of and I didn't receive any updates. The order was supposed to take 4-7 days but after 2.5 weeks and no further contact from Beaver I tried to contact them. None of my emails were ever answered. When I eventually got someone on the phone, by phoning the sales line and not the number given, I was told that the order was on it's way and would be with me in a couple of days. A weeks latter still no updates and no goods. Spent 3 days trying to get hold of someone. Once again emails were not answered. When I eventually got hold of someone I was told that the order would be with me on the Monday. Guess what? Order didn't turn up and once again I didn't receive any updates. At this point I contacted Paypal and got my money back. I went to Travis and Perkins and received good quality soil in less than a week with no problems.

This is the most atrocious company. They failed to deliver the compost to the point that after numerous emails not answered and calls on an answer service that cut out after 40 minutes without connection, i went back to my card company and actioned section 75 of the credit card act. This company is so bogus just read all their reviews. They take your money but do not deliver nor attempt to.

Still waiting for my bag of compost two months now not answering the phones sad 😡😡

This company failed to deliver the compost and respond to any calls.

I had ordered 2 bags of the same size and soil and paid extra for next day delivery - 2 different size bags with different types of soil arrived arrived 2 days later.

I have spent more than 3 hours over 3 weeks on the phone waiting to get through and speaking to different people in customer support, who keep promising that someone will look into this and get back to me, but no one has.

So please AVOID this company. They have taken my money, supplied the incorrect product later than I need it and paid for and can't be bothered to sort it out.
Extremely disappointed - I just don't have the energy or time to try and sort this out!

It was not a good experience. I ordered the compost about 6 weeks before I got it. When I tried to call to get any info I was on hold for 40 minutes to an hour and got cut off. I was promised it on a day and it did not arrived, finally after the second time i called I got it the day after they said but atleast it arrived.

Very pleased with my purchase of bark and manure mixture. Manure well rotted. Garden appears to have benefitted not needed as much water as the part I haven't mulched yet!

Product quality is pretty good but the reliability and customer service is appalling.

No problems with delivery, off the truck and straight to the flower beds.

Stay away from this company! Awful customer service, dreadfully long delivery times, and low quality products. Trust in the hundreds of bad reviews on trustpilot. They are telling you what to expect if you buy from this company… Save yourself the stress and buy from someone else.

Delivery was very delayed and twice the promised delivery dates were missed. Very difficult to talk to anybody - often waiting over 20 mins on the phone without the call bro g answered. Live chat a better way to communicate . Very disappointed and frustrating

Awful experience.
No comms at all and my order took weeks to arrive.
When I rang to ask when it might be delivered, I had to wait over an hour for my call to be answered.
Avoid if you value your sanity!!

I have had a couple of orders from Beaver and the products are good . The only thing than was an issue was delivery time , it too much longer than expected .

You sold me literally un-rotted horse manure. I paid £150 for quality compost...supposedly "Black Gold" and you sent me actual s**te. I will have to leave it filling up my tiny drive for a year before it is usable. You have not replied to ANY emails, not answered ANY calls. Do not use these people- 100% scam

After waiting two weeks for a “next working day delivery”, I rang to cancel the order. Person on the call assured me they would cancel the order “manually” and return my money. Two days later it got delivered anyway. You can’t plan anything with their promises.
