These are scammers please let your bank know and cancel your card not a legit company!

BEBOOKS.SPACE HARLOW GB i taking money from my bank account and I cannot find out how to get hold of them to cancel this scam.

to the best of my knowledge,I had no dealings with this company. i missed the charge of £1 on 9/10/23,but was subsequently charged £39.99. they have never supplied any goods or services. i have raised as a disputed payment with credit card company and frozen my credit card account. like other reviews, this seems like a SCAM.

Bebooks are taking money from me, I haven't even heard of them until I saw my bank statement.
£39.99 for what?

Same situation as others on here write. £1 debited bank account first which wasn’t me then £39.99 which fortunate the bank questioned . Have no idea how they got details but possibly a pop up when using Trainline to buy train tickets . Be careful paying for anything online !

BEWARE This is a scam company that hijacks your bank details when you are dealing with other companies online

Rotten Scam! They phished my request for a user handbook for a printer. Paid £1 as requested , then a request for £39.99 without any agreement. Luckily my bank witheld payment. Beware Bebook .Space, they mean you no good!

17/10/2023 - Update: They did respond to my email and have now refunded the £39.99 as gesture of goodwill. I still do not know how my "subscription" was set-up or by whom. Rating increased to 3*
7/10/2023 Scam. Somehow got my card details. Like others have found, took a pound then a few days later £39.99 which my card company says was set up as monthly subscription.
Not aware of having accepted anything from them.
Card company have now blocked. Rating 0 stars!!

I was signing up to have my car serviced at a Mercedes-Benz dealer. Bebooks "highjacked" the transaction of £1!
Since then, they have attempted to take £39, no communication from them.
My bank was unsympathetic and unhelpful- in fact, it decided to unfreeze the card. Luckily, I refroze my card and withdrew my money from this bank.

I want my £1 back

£39.99 deducted from my credit card. Unauthorised. No services provided. No links or authorisation provided. Linked to use of the RingGo parking app which had my credit card details. Beware. This is a scam company.

Absolute Scam. Phished the Rugby Paper when I was trying to pay a subscription.

No links work in the confirmation Email but took £1 anyway.
Reported to my card issuer who tell me the payment was returned after I contacted the Email address.

Fraudulently took money from my account after tricking me into signing up when I was applying for an unrelated postal account

Watch out its a scam took 1pound then sign u up for 39.99 subscription

Yep - as they say below. A scam via a car charging app on my phone.
£1 taken from my account, then £39.99 a couple of days later. Website does not work, and I will have to submit a dispute via my bank once the payment clears. Wish me luck!

This is a scam. I thought I was installing a parking app and they had me authorise £1 and then took £39.99 from my account for a subscription a few days later. I reported it to my bank who could not refund me but have now noted the company as fraudulent going forward.
BE AWARE !!! SCAM!!!!

It's a scam. I thought I was signing up to a car parking app but was tricked in to signing up for this fake app. Now they have access to my bank account.

Never signed up for a subscription and they deducted £39.99 for nothing
