Genuinely brilliant service
These guys were truly excellent. They run a 24-hour hotline and answered my call at midnight on the night of my bedbug discovery. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understanding, and booked a treatment in asap. The treatment was quick, efficient and effective (they eliminated the infestation in one session). I rang them several more times with (sometimes paranoid...) questions in the following weeks and they were always extremely patient and helpful. They obviously know there stuff, are realistic with you and are super calm and practical in a very stressful situation. I wholeheartedly recommend.

Prompt and Effective Service
Firstly let me say these bugs cause huge emotional stress and some companies play on the victims state of mind. Not Bed Bug Hunters. I called BBH as a local (London) based company. Having been quoted an exhorbitant price by a competitor who couldn't do the job for 7 days. The service was extremely prompt (came next day). BBH were very helpful giving clear and precise instructions, over the phone and on site. They managed our expectations very well. Always polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company if you are unfortunate enough to import these vile pests.

Brilliant service. Comunication with the staff was quick and easy. The whole situation was solved within 2 days and the technician was very helpful, explained the cause of the problem and shared all his knowledge to make me more aware in the future. 100% recommend!

Bed bug hunters have provided an excellent, efficient, professional and friendly service and i can recommend them without reservation.
Having previously used another company which was expensive and ineffective, bed bug hunters have eradicated my problem quickly and at a very reasonable cost.

Bed Bug Hunters highly recommended

It has taken a couple of goes to get rid of the blighters, but I'm very happy to recommend Bed Bug Hunters to anyone who finds themselves overrun with bitey insects.
