Not the best
The mattress is good but folded in the middle for delivery so has a crest now. Uncomfortable for a little one. No one answers my WhatsApp texts to sort the problem.

Due to the larger size of our mattresses, we fold them for easier shipping. We understand that this has caused discomfort, and we sincerely apologize for that. Please note that we sell 100 mattresses every day and have not received similar complaints. Poor quality
Not really impressed, the sheets are not hemmed and with no header, just an unfinished selvedge edge at the top and bottom. I would not buy these again, will probably just use them as dust sheets for decorating.

If you could kindly send us a picture of the sheets, it would greatly help us understand the situation and provide a faster resolution.

The box came battered looked like it…
The box came battered looked like it got run over by a bus BUT thats nothing to do with Bedding Royal that's the people delivering it DPD we all expect nothing less, The product itself was brilliant cant fault it, It was all wrapped very well and shrink wrapped on top of that so if water ever got into the box product will be well protected, I also cant fault the quality of the products all in all i highly recommend Bedding Royal and ill be making future purchases.

No complaints with product. We did have some problems with Royal Mail delivery but this isn't BeddingRoyal's fault. Would consider using them again for our bedding requirements
