Bed Kings Avis 

I place my order in mid June. I have emailed and no response back to any emails. I have phoned on numerous occasions, but only once, 10th July, has the phone call been answered. the chap was lovely to deal with. i have emailed back the required delivery details, but am still no further ahead with my order. when you phone now it says the office is closed, but the web does not have them being on holiday. You are give the option to leave a message, which I have done twice, but still no calls returned. Mean time, I've paid for goods and still not received anything

Would give 0 if I could. Ordered my furniture almost 2 months ago and still havent received it. They notified me that they would deliver in 19thof July and the same day the delivery company said they didnt provided them with the items. No communication of any updates. Save yourself some time and headaches, dont buy from this if you want to get something within their promised "delivery time" of two weeks.

I ordered a chest of drawers from Bed Kings on 22nd June – it’s now 17th July and it still hasn’t arrived.

I’ve messaged and called them multiple times. The only time I managed to get through, they admitted the item had been lost somewhere and said a replacement would arrive last Monday. It didn’t. Since then, I’ve tried calling again during their listed opening hours, but their automated message just says the office is closed and prompts me to leave a voicemail – which I’ve done, multiple times, with no response.

Why is their office closed on a Thursday at 10:30am? And why are they ignoring the messages I’ve left both via phone and their online chat?

This has been a deeply frustrating experience with awful customer service. I now just want a refund, as it’s clear the chest of drawers isn’t going to arrive.

I would absolutely not recommend Bed Kings to anyone.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way Bed Kings handled my order and the complete lack of customer service throughout. I contacted them multiple times over four emails, three live chats, and at least four phone calls. Not once did anyone follow through on their promise to get back to me.

Despite making it clear that the item was needed for an event and timing was critical, they cancelled the order on the very day it was meant to be delivered after waiting for 2 weeks. No proper explanation, no real apology, just silence and poor communication saying that supplier has discontinued the product.

Customer support was consistently unhelpful and unresponsive, even after repeated attempts to chase a simple update.

I will not be using Bed Kings again and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. Poor service, poor communication, and no regard for the customer once the payment is made.

My items took longer than expected to arrive,but the items were of a really good quality and I am really happy with them,would recommend Bed King to anyone

The furniture and service was excellent. Only negative the length of time to receive the order but that was not down to bed kings as the items where stuck in a container.

I've made an order on the 29th of may and received it on the 3rd of July which is ridiculous. On the website it says delivery between one and two weeks

No customer service at all, no replies to phone messages, emails. No tracking info given, ignored for 2 weeks, ordered another item and tried to cancel order, again no replies to emails phone messages and it turned up unannounced so refused delivery, still waiting for contact as I want my money back. Useless company avoid at all costs.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an order with Bedkings over two weeks ago, and I still haven’t received the product. Not only did they fail to deliver, but they’ve also completely cut off all communication — they’ve blocked my calls and are ignoring all of my emails. I’ve now had to raise a dispute with my payment provider just to try and get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs — they are unprofessional, unreliable, and completely untrustworthy.

Really easy to use website with an excellent choice of beds. Ordering process was very clear and confirmation of payment was instant. Follow up service was exceptional with clear communication at all points. Delivery came within agreed date space and also within time space. The beds are of a high quality. The delivery man was efficient and polite, plus managed to get the beds into the room without damaging anything. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered an ottoman from this company and waited a month and it never arrived. I emailed 3 times with no reply. I called twice and was told to was on route but it never arrived. Called to ask for a refund which I was told they would process and I am still waiting for this. However, I have just received an email confirming my refund has bed issued.

They were polite and helpful and completed the job very efficiently.

Unfortunately, the extremely poor customer service has resulted in me cancelling my order with Bed Kings. I placed an order a few weeks ago and was advised I would receive an update when my order has been dispatched. I have emailed and called the numbers on the website to get an estimated ETA but cannot get a response at all. This is a shame as I like to support smaller businesses but I can get the same items at the same price via Very with next day delivery and better customer service.

Very easy delivery, great quality furniture, no hassle at all

Now I will start with they would of got 5stars if they had better customer service but I think it's a small company. I ordered the 5 piece canyon oak in April and I finally received it on Saturday 21st of June so it actually took 8 weeks to recieve my goods. They are excellent, sturdy and strong, easy to build and Chris was the main man I dealt with, in the last week before delivery and he was brilliant! However I emailed this company 3 times over that period and NEVER got a reply, everytime I called to see where my order was I was given different dates with no follow up so I was actually starting to think I had been scammed.
If I lived in Yorkshire I would go and work for this company so that they could learn how to work in customer service, you have to keep the customer updated throughout the process. In the last week before delivery I finally learnt that my order had been stuck on a boat coming into the country, had they informed me of this I wouldn't of been so nervous.
But I do stand by there products, they are excellent quality and easy to build but with my order most needed two people to build.

Very pleased with my purchase of a side table, in fact I have also ordered a TV unit as well, good quality and quite easy to assemble, took three weeks for delivery, but that's probably due to geographical area, and as I wasn't in a hurry for it, that wasn't a problem, would recommend bed kings to anyone that wants to buy any items of furniture

The Guys were understanding of my space issue and helped me move some other boxes so space was still at an optimum.

My beds are beautifully handmade and look lovely in situ. I have had lots of compliments about the beds. My only complaint was the length of time it took to received my order. Delivery was stated at two to three weeks from ordering however mine took almost six weeks. I was only contacted once with an update which left me wondering if I had been scammed. I contacted the company to chase up my order and was told someone would phone me the next day but no one did. Next time I phoned I was offered an upgrade on the delivery for my inconvenience so that was very nice. My experience hasn’t put me off using this firm again as the quality is excellent. I Would recommend using this company but don’t take delivery time as a definite.
