Amazing service from start to finish. We have a completely bespoke and unique octagonal bed. Adam carefully and diligently took exactly measurements and listened to our bespoke needs and has created a masterpiece. Delivery was also painless and white glove service. Would definitely recommend!
Outstanding! We ordered a 6ft round mattress for our sofa in our dome. Arrived in good time, good tracking. Beautiful, luxurious, deep mattress well made. Excellent value for money. Outstanding customer phone support. Highly impressed. Highly recommend. Great company. Great people. Thank you so much!
A big thanks to Mohammed, Adam and the Europa team for the excellent and professional service given to us when purchasing our ottoman beds and mattresses.
We travelled from Leicester to Batley and Mohammed kindly opened for us on a Saturday by appointment. Really knowledgeable and helped us immensely, showing us bespoke designs and styles. For sure, they have quality products!
From order to delivery, Adam kept us updated and booked prompt delivery. The delivery team arrived on time, really efficient, clean and installed the beds as we required.
Really happy with our purchases and 10/10 for the Europa team!
Lovely rug, great communication and arrived just in time for Christmas
Tried the rest and now try the best in quality of product and best delivery team..
Thankyou all the showroom staff as well
Just had the Emerald round bed and the felicity mattress delivered and my god it is absolutely unbelievable the bed is beautiful as they come and the mattress is like a cloud. Not to mention how brilliant the service was from the lads aswell.❤️
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I am very happy with my purchases and I highly recommend Adam and Zulfiqar. They were always prompt in replying to me and answering all my questions. My daughters bespoke bed and 2 mattresses were delivered on time in a excellent condition with all the correct paperwork the delivery driver Andy was a great bloke and fitted the bed together as well. Purchasing from Bed Mill was very straightforward. Due to the restrictions as a result of Covid-19 I was unable to visit. However, the team dealt with my purchase in a highly professional manner without me having to leave my home. Many thanks to the team - highly recommended for bespoke beds. PS if Andy does a delivery he loves an Americano
Excellent service.
100 / 100
5 star 🌟✨ high quality service.
Very understanding and friendly.
No messing about. Always approachable.
We are happy with the bed we received from the company.
We hope to shop again with this company in the future.
Great service and beds. Ordered 5 beds and all came delivered perfectly and on time. Would 100% recommend.
Best beds in UK!!!
Very grateful for the brilliant service from Zulf and honest advice. We ordered 3 beds for our house - with great spec and great price. Same quality as top brands in high street but much better prices. Since then have ordered beds for both sets of parents in London and also another 2 for our new house
Thank you and keep up the good work - great find from recommendation up north !
My parents have bought beds over 30 years ago and recommend Zulu and his company. He not only supplied our home the way we asked but all our family and friends have been delivered excellent quality beds/ mattresses with no hassle. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks for excellent service for many years.
epic. they know their stuff when it comes to beds.
even made me a cuppa whilst i was there picking out the bed.
Excellent quality and 5 star customer service. Have purchased beds for my whole household from here
Great experience dealing with bedmill. We have bought several beds off them in the past, exemplary service and delivery. I have also recommended them to family and friends.
Great honest company who delivered 5 beds and 3 mattreses to me. The admin team are Great with communication and answered queries that I had before and after purchase. They delivered on time also. I would recommend this company to friends
This is part of the europa group ~they are trading under 3 names.
All I will say is avoid this company! They have been dishonest and the delivery process has been a nightmare.
We haven’t received our order yet...still waiting. We were told last week and then this week and nothing.
