After program I still owe my 3 biggest cards. While I was paying them 432 for 4yrs they messed up an acct and the collections garnish me for 400 plus a month

Bedrock Did Good
Bedrock was great about handling my debts and obtaining decent settlements in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately I called to cancel my program today because due to losing my job a few months back, I am having to file bankruptcy. The only issue I ever had in my almost two years working with Bedrock is that it sometimes takes forever to get through via telephone. Today I was assisted by Kevin G. who was both polite and very helpful and made this whole uncomfortable process a little more bearable.

You wait on hold for an hour and you…
You wait on hold for an hour and you finally talk to someone and you get no answer. Your told a negotiator will get back to you and you never hear from them. You wake up to your 3rd paycheck in a row being garnished and wonder how your going to pay your bills. But Bedrock gets there monthly payment no issue. Thought this was a great program to get me get out of debt and now I'm falling behind on other bills due to over $1500 in garnishments the last 6 weeks. No one can seem to help me or give me answers. Starting to give up!

Follow-up call on an issue in litigation
My issue was not resolved due to the fact that it is and ongoing problem that litigation support is actively dealing with. However, I feel that Angela provided excellent service within her capabilities to address my concerns and answer my questions. I would feel very comfortable dealing with her in the future.

I entered into this program almost 2…
I entered into this program almost 2 years ago. I have paid close to 700 a month for the last two years. Now my wages are being garnished, because they did not keep up with their end of the contract. I would not recommend this company to anyone . I have been calling every day since June 4, they have promised to call me back with results it is now the 22nd and I still have not heard a word from anyone. Please do not contact this company for help. I actually had to go hire an attorney now and file bankruptcy because of them. After once again paying over $14,000 into the program. I called and they have only paid off $3000 in my debt and claim that I only get a refund of $541 if I cancel them the rest were there fees. Once again scam!

DO NOT USE BEDROCK
DO NOT USE BEDROCK. They make a lot of promises during the sales pitch and then keep NONE of them in practice. They promised to resolve my accounts in 18 months. At almost 2 years, only 40% has been resolved. They promised monthly review sessions. Nothing. They promised professional communication. They NEVER follow-up as they promise. Typical "hold time" before talking to a CSR is more than 30 minutes. They have done almost nothing for me. The only thing they do reliably is extract their fees - every month. I think they are the most disreputable firm I have ever worked with. DO NOT USE BEDROCK.

Great experience

Customer Service Rep: BRIANNA
I call Bedrock regularly, and unfortunately, most of the customer service reps are incorrect in the information they give to me. I happened to call this one day, and I spoke to Brianna. What an incredible asset to Bedrock. She was so knowledgeable, mature, helped solve my problem in an instant and guided me on how to go forward. She did not hesitate to get the issue solved that I had tried to with 3 other reps. She should be in a managerial position, not customer service. I think she is absolutely wonderful.

Bedrock legal has been good for me
Bedrock legal has been good for me. They have handled my debt negotiations. When I’ve had to skip a payment, make a lower payment, or switch dates of my monthly payment there hasn’t been any issues. They have taken care of the legal issues that have arisen from my debt issues too.
