Beds4U New Zealand Avis 

Went to purchase via click and collect Christchurch, then with such great delivery price, got the bed delivered (from what was meant to be from Christchurch). As hadn't arrived within a week, contacted Bed4U to be told being shipped from Auckland and wouldn't be here until Jan. Bed purchased early Dec as needed for Xmas. When this was realized, Bed4U contacted dispatch. Didn't hear anything for another few days....respond they hadn't heard back from dispatch. This happened twice then I complained and the bed was good for us to collect two days later from Christchurch. To compensate for the delivery fee, we received a free mattress protector and the the bed the sun before Xmas.

The mattress I bought says it is plush feel but this feels hard. I have emailed Beds4u regarding this but no response. I read they have a 60 day swap policy so I am interested to see how this will work or if the mattress I was sent was in fact a faulty batch.

I recently came across a Facebook post of yours regarding the galaxy bed at an exceptional price. I inquired about purchasing only the mattress, and a prompt response confirmed that it was possible. The online assistance provided on the website was equally swift, and the online purchasing process was seamless. Additionally, the couple who contacted me to inform me of the mattress’s delivery time was also very helpful. I am extremely satisfied with this mattress, as it offers exceptional comfort.

Well I was going to buy from the store in tauranga but the service there was poor, I went in and the man there was just on his phone watching what seemed to be tiktok or something and as this was the first time buying a bed for myself I wasn’t sure if this was how it was supposed to be but after around 20-30 minutes of looking for myself and testing by myself seems he still didn’t notice I was there I had to go and get his attention and then the whole time he was showing me beds he seemed agitated with every question I was asking like he didn’t want to be there at all so I left and decided to go do my purchase online which was a great experience it was very easy and that’s why there is a 3/5, after purchasing online I received a call from the man at beds 4 u tauranga to ask how I was going with my bed search and already seemed like he didn’t want to be calling but after I told him that I ended up buying online he seemed very agitated and even scoffed at me and then hung up, let’s say I won’t be going back to that store but I will visit the online store or the one in Mt Maunganui for hopefully a better experience

Great communication, delivery on time, good price, well packaged, bed looks and feels great. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend to others.
