This team is great. They were super communicative with me, and made shipping to the US very easy and accommodating. They send me additional pictures and specifications for the product, and even went out of their way to research expedited shipping options for me and compare prices. The stone is beautiful and very well crafted. I will definitely purchase from here again!
Van de atelier tot aan bezorging, alles ging perfect. In de atelier hebben we eerst de meubels uitgebreid kunnen bekijken. De levertijd was een kleine 2 weken en zo snel waren de meubels er ook. We zijn ook gedurende het proces goed op de hoogte gehouden, communicatie is heel goed. We hebben gekozen voor een eettafel en salontafel en het staat zo mooi in onze woonkamer. De kleur is perfect met een mooie witte gloed. Ik ben zo blij dat we voor Bedu Atelier hebben gekozen.
Ik heb eerlijk gezegd wekenlang getwijfeld voordat ik de knoop doorhakte. Het is toch een flinke uitgave en om zo’n zware tafel online te kopen zonder hem in het echt te zien... dat voelde best als een gok.
Maar het contact met Bedu stelde me al gerust (heb eerst even de samples thuis bekeken, dat hielp enorm).
Toen de levering kwam, viel mijn mond open. Die tafel zat in een houten kist verpakt die echt bomproof was. Er kon werkelijk niets mee gebeuren. Hij staat nu in de woonkamer en het is echt een plaatje. De afwerking voelt super luxe en zacht aan (honed), totaal niet kil. Je ziet gewoon dat het geen massaproductie is.
Mocht je net als ik twijfelen over het online bestellen: nergens voor nodig. Het is het wachten dubbel en dwars waard.

We ordered a travertine dining table and coffee table. These were what we were looking for so we were ok to deal with an international company. The customer service pre purchase was good, there were some miscommunications and they lost payment receipt but generally good. They found us a courier and someone who would organise the taxes.
The not so good: the products arrived about 3 months late. There was very little communication from Bedu, we had to call and chase. There were several reasons given from broken down trucks etc. Eventually, we communicated with the courier company who made delivery. The tables came and we had requested help taking these in. The courier drivers refused so I had to pay them £100 as a tip to carry the tables in and we then found out we needed to purchase a special glue to put the dining table together. The coffee table had a 1 inch chip on one of the sides. I communicated this to Bedu atelier who said they would send out a repair kit. It's now 2.5 months later, they are ignoring my messages and still no repair kit received. I let them know I would write this review if no response given, they've been on whatsapp several times since and not even bothered to open my messages in the last 5 days.
The tables are good, with some flaws, the customer service before sale was great, after sale terrible.
Dundar and the team are fantastic — they really take the time to understand your needs and find the perfect piece to fit your space. He was very responsive on WhatsApp and shared lots of photos with us before ordering and even did a video call with us so we could see the exact tone of the table. We live in the UK and he was so proactive and collaborative in finding a suitable shipping and delivery solution.
Ik heb een Travertine salon en eettafel bij Bedu Atelier gekocht en ben er tot op heden heel erg blij mee! De producten zijn volledig naar verwachting. Alles rond om de bestelling en levering was ook naar wens. Ik zou Bedu Atelier zeer zeker aanbevelen.
Wir sind äußerst Happy mit unserem Travertine Esstisch. Er ist so wunderschön.
Im Showroom in Holland sind wir sehr gut beraten worden und uns direkt für einen Tisch entschieden.
Die Lieferung ging schneller als wir dachten und es lief super bis zur Montage! Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Tisch wegen einer Bauarbeit in der Wohnung, aber Sie haben sich sehr schnell reagiert und haben uns dabei geholfen:)
