Beebombs Avis 

We have been really pleased with our Beebombs, we put them into terracotta patio pots and they have produced plenty of colour throughout the summer and most importantly of all - the bees, butterflies and many other insects love them too!
We had a question for Ben who duly replied to us within a day, so all in all very happy!

These worked really well for me. As instructed, I kept them damp for the first few weeks and watered them a lot. I’ve got a beautiful display now and the bees love them.

Now I’ve got a beautiful display, plus the bees absolutely love them. Very pleased I went with this company and now I’ve bought some more for my friends and family as little garden gifts.

So disappointed with these. We love the wildlife in our garden and wanted to add something more for the bees. I planted a whole bag as instructed in a trough a few months ago and we literally have 3 things that have shooted. I actually bought 2 bags and don't think I will bother using the second one. Sadly a total waste of money and left feeling very let down by this product.

**UPDATE **
In response to your reply they were planted in an area that has direct sunlight all day until late afternoon and we watered them.every day. I have a garden full of flowers so water the garden every day if it's not had substantial rainfall.

Bought two bags one for me and one for my partners little boy,folowed the insrtuctions ,in nurtition rich compost ,all the right conditions for growth ,right tine of year ... and nothing no growth ,no shoots ,absolutely rubbish.

So many reviews are negative because the seeds didn’t bloom - that’s your fault, not the companies. They give you the basics to grow these flowers, but it’s up to you to do your research and ensure your garden is suitable.

Do you have the right soil, moisture, sunlight, nutrients in the soil and do you have any pests known to eat the seeds or the flowers? Those factors are rarely considered before buying these, but they’re the difference between a blooming garden and one that never grows.

This product works amazingly IF you know what you’re doing. If you don’t, you won’t have success regardless of what company you’re buying these flowers from!

Was given 2 packs of beebombs 3 years ago. When they grew, they were not the multi coloured 18 wildflower varieties. I have a maximum of 5 varieties, either white or yellow, occasional purple. Customer service was slopey-shouldered, claiming that all beebombs are created equal. Basically this implied I did something wrong with planting them. I spread them consistently throughout the soil patch but some parts didn't develop any plants. And I have other flowers that the bees are far more interested in. Now in their 3rd season, they just annoy me. Poor show

I am incredibly delighted with the Beebombs that I chucked into a half whiskey barrel (66 cm diameter) about 1 1/2 bagfuls in May. I wanted it dense.

They have been absolutely fantastic - growth from just the little balls to full greenery was very rapid and they have given so much, in terms of a great spread of colour, week after week after week.

Everyday for the last three months since planting something different flowers. I'm no gardener - this is the great thing about them - the Beebombs do the work - I did sod all!

I have and am still getting so much pleasure from mine - still in flower almost mid-October

If you have light/sun problems don't plant them there...! Stick them in a planter and place the said receptacle in the sun... a no-brainer!

Unequivocally recommended to anyone in any setting - you don’t need loads of space just a pot to throw them in.

Robust stuff!

Bought these seeds in good faith during first lockdown. Followed all instructions to the letter but got nothing like the colour of plants promised in the pictures. Total waste of £14. Trying to get a refund from the company.

Disappointed. We get a lot of passing Bee's in our garden and really wanted these to work for the bee's but also for the new planters we made. After two years, nothing. Very disappointing, especially for the price I paid.

Since my review I was contacted almost immediately from Ben at Beebombs. Was not expecting this. He offered great advice surrounding my area and I have ended up planting more under their guidance. Great service. Only not getting 5 stars as I will await the result again of the flowers but great service from Ben and Beebombs.

Love these beebombs. After a slow start and not much happening it’s amazing! Fabulous colors and variety. Now about 3 to 4 ft tall in some areas. Great under trees. The bees really do love them

Very over priced. Similar bee seed packs available across Ireland in most supermarkets, garden centres and eurosaver/dealz for a fraction of the price.

Our bee bomb patch gets better every year- the poppies are the brightest red and so pretty! Lovely variety of native wild flowers.

Nothing has ever grown from the bombs. I placed them in my garden a few years ago, so they’ve had plenty of time.

Bought as a gift - Waste of money - nothing ever came of them - high hopes but nothing in return - don’t waste your money

Bought and planted several little hessian sacks of these extremely expensive “seed bombs” and not one has germinated. Save your money and disappointment, just buy wild flower seed from a merchant.

Nothing but weeds! Disappointed in this product. Don't waste your money.

Speedy postage. Planted about a month ago and already growing - no flowers yet. Would recommend.
