Beecrown Logistics Avis 77

In my personal experience, Beecrown Logistics was chaotic, unprofessional, and nothing like the adverts they put out. The biggest warning sign for me was that I personally was never paid for the work I completed, despite repeatedly following up. That alone was enough to make me lose all confidence.

Because of my experience, I’m now looking into raising my concerns through the proper channels, and I know I’m not the only one considering it. Many people I know in this company have left in the past week.

Based on what I went through, I wouldn’t go near this rubbish again.

Shambles. Hide behind keyboards and don’t face the facts. Stoop that low they report negative reviews so they get taken down. The company do not pay staff their wages. The staff that work within management think it’s okay to turn up to your house and make lies up that you have stole the van even though I resigned maybe 4 hours prior. If you want to be out of pocket and lied to from day one go for it. But honestly will be the biggest mistake you ever make. I’ve worked 4 full days for this company, I can guarantee I don’t get paid a single pound. £190 a day I’m supposed to get but they’ll find a reason not to pay a single penny. Never met a company so corrupt that breaches GDPR guidelines by turning up to my private home where my kids live saying they “used the tracker on the van” the van is a rental from another company why would they have trackers on them? The member of management slipped up anyway and said they got my address off my license.. not great at all.

Any negative reviews they receive they threaten to report you to the authorities, please do.

Office staff always willing to go above and beyond to assist driver queries.

Never had an issue with payment. Always received on time.

worked for the company for 9 months. Left the company 2 weeks ago. my contract states they can hold my pay for 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks later and refusing to send my 2 weeks pay.

Dont work for them. Bunch of cowboys with no intention of looking after their staff

Very poor knowledge of general transport requirements and the status quo with loads. If you dare use them make sure you state down to the last full stop what you require otherwise you could end up with anything.

Background to load - asked for direct load, they were meant to send curtain sided vehicle, but the vehicle couldn't do it so our contact had to Scrabble around to get absolutely anything and needed up sending is a random vehicle they didn't even check we could take. Just got whatever they could rather than own up to not being able to get a suitable vehicle.
To be honest, it is a total lack of incompetence from your end, vast lack of current market knowledge and unwillingness to admit all of the above. Even some of the questions asked me I was surprised at seeing based on you being the transport experts.

I’ve been working for Beecrown for 6 months. They are a pleasure to work with and will help and support you if needed.
I’ve no complaints, sensible work loads, good pay and always paid on time.

Great company to work for the Management are always there to help out if there issues with anything

Very good company my manager alan has worked with me even though I have been hard work he has stood by me and helped me through my hard times which there's not many company's out there that would do that always gave me work always extra work so you can make extra money payment always on time and on point even if there is a little hick up with the payment he will sort it out on the day not that it happens would recommend joining the film nice bunch of people

Worst company I’ve ever worked for promise you work and receive very little , payments were an issue wasn’t paid frequently had to keep chasing my money which is absolutely terrible. The company itself doesn’t care about you and whether or not you get payed

Everyone I have added, one star is right, and I hope the company doesn’t respond to me with intelligence respond because the game is showing and you want us to be self-employed so we can take care of our own liability insurance and you get to have the money for yourself as a company I’ve been trained for two days and I applied for this job since January. I just got it in the middle of February and I quit on the day. They give me serious job because they have mishandling and unprofessional at the workplace. Also claiming to pay so much in the beginning, but in the reality you getting nothing until the next three weeks, and you’re not sure how much she will be received. There is no legal documents that show What you will be paid and when you get the job you in the 100 and more parcels and heavy lifting boxes which can damage your body,

Still shitting on people and stealing from everyday people just the same as when you was at Amazon

Shocking company.

They rip you off by charging you £250 per week van hire for a 2015 sprinter that would be more at place at the scrapyard.
This van had done 520,000 miles !!
It had live electrical wires which is highly dangerous.

You have to work 3 weeks in hand as you have no income they sub you the fuel,they initially say don't worry about the fuel for 4-6 weeks till you get on your feet.
Then on your very 1st wage they deduct all the fuel....
They don't give you a breakdown on this till AFTER you have received the reduced payment.....!
Also my father died in them 1st 3 weeks so obviously I had to take time off....Beecrown paid me 50% of the days I had worked as I'd had time off for a bereavement!!!
Total sham company.
Oh I almost forgot.
They also rip you off on your training.
They pay you only £50 per day when DPD pay them £80 for YOUR training....!!!

AVOID BEECROWN AT ALL COSTS

The manager Steve and Allen are great and very helpful
At first get paid ok no problems
When you leave don't expect to get any thing
You have to upfront fuel cost which could be 200pwk
Get charged for missing parcels
I did 7 days at 180 pounds and got 94
You wont make a profit with company
Your better of being a slave
