SCAM ALERT: They block accounts and steal money when you ask for your funds!
Avoid Beef Casino and the Galaktika N.V. group at all costs! After my bank (Revolut) rejected a withdrawal, the casino refused to return the funds to my balance. I provided official PDF bank statements, but they ignored them. Instead, they demanded a ridiculous "video verification" with a second phone, which I don't have.
When I asked for a fair alternative, the support agent (Britney) LITERALLY THREATENED ME on chat, saying my account would be "blocked forever" for asking for my money. Minutes later, they deleted my account. This is not a casino, it's a scam organization that uses blackmail to avoid paying players. I have reported them to the licensing authority and CasinoGuru.
