Do not go anywhere near these people went with them to sell my caravan May 2023 and it’s still for sale, they talk the talk pull you in then fail to deliver, it starts off good then after a few weeks if the advertisement is not getting anywhere they drop you like flies but the promise is to keep going until it sells, after numerous phone calls, emails all not answered one excuse was that they had a data breech with Apple only contact was via email still nothing Andy Jones & James Davidson you’re an absolute joke, and I want my money back please.
Had a response due to a google review no surprise there said they’d refund me still waiting

A competent team who quickly put advertisements together with reference to myself to ensure I was happy with the result. I already had an advertisement on line with a lower asking price than Beefirstmedia suggested which caused a bit of confusion when a buyer was found. However, a sale was achieved so I am happy with the outcome. It was a surprise that Beefirstmedia tell me they are going to return a percentage of the fee [without being requested] because of the slight advertisement confusion. A nice surprise!

Great experience with BeeFirst media - Been using them now for my business for over 2 years and even recently they have helped me sell our house and one of our static caravans, could not recommend them highly enough, they do exactly what they say they are going to do and over deliver on what was promised. They have taken my landscaping business from strength to strength with a new website and social media approach and are always on hand with advert advise on how to target new sectors - The house we have just sold was on the market with a local estate agent for 6 months and BeeFirst media managed to secure us a buyer in just 2!

My experience of working with BeeFirst Media overall has been variable - Some good points and some problems and frustrations, but all resolved satisfactorily.
The initial contact and approach was made by James after I had advertised my top of the range caravan myself on AutoTrader and CaravansForSale for a couple of weeks, and as he made a very convincing sales pitch and I had received very limited contact for my caravan, I decided to give them go.
The initial communication and setting up of the website was very prompt, and I was kept well informed, however once the adverts were placed and running I received very little contact or information. After many weeks of advertising - including a refresh of the advert and reposting of adverts following a noticed lack of visibility on line, I still had no real leads for the caravan which was very disappointing given the high spec and excellent condition of the caravan.
Subsequently after much frustration and 15 weeks of BeeFirst Media advertising I took out my own adverts and sold the caravan within 2 weeks for a very good price to genuine and good customers.
Following discussions with BeeFirst Media it became apparent that they had significant technical problems posting adverts over recent weeks, meaning that my caravan did not get the advertising or exposure that was expected or required to achieve the sale. In recognition of this, they agreed to make an appropriate refund which I felt was fair given the circumstances.

Very professional, did exactly what they said they would do. We had a sale very quickly, at the right price. Highly recommend them.

Further from my previous review, which I can't seem to withdraw, the company listened to my concerns.
They rectified the problems and reacted accordingly to their original promise.

James was very helpful initially getting the advert/website up and running and made contact as soon as anyone expressed an interest. He gave advise and once I had a buyer he gave me guidance about negotiations and money transfer etc.
The whole experience was excellent.
Would definitely use them again.

BeeFirst Media created a very professional website for me and delivered the results they promised on time and within our agreed budget. They have been quick to respond to any queries and are happy to explain how everything works in strightforward language. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of social media service.

Didn’t deliver what was promised. Could not find my advert. Found it immediately after ringing them and texting with my concerns.
I requested a refund, after much waffle they agreed to a refund. They said they would waive the set up fee which I was not aware of and only deduct £14.99. They did refund £204 of th £298. 18/02/23. Recent events have not alter my opinion of this company
