The experience of buying the product…
The experience of buying the product was smooth untill there was details of vehicle odometer to be entered into the link. Website performance was poor as it got stuck and lost the information that I had entered. Moreover, I was not able to recover that page again.

Fabulously easy to get set up with insurance and good customer care assistants. However, super disappointed the AED100 free petrol voucher promised at time of signing up hasn’t been delivered to me .. over 6 weeks after payment of insurance.

The experience is very nice. But
The experience is very nice. The sales person Neville was very supportive. However, 1 star less as the account / customer retention team is not prompt and responsive especially when comes to cash back requests. I had to follow up multiple times for my cars cash back.
