Damaged goods replaced
A glass arrived with a chip on it...damaged basically.
After sending them an email the next morning, with photographic evidence., they replied saying "very sorry, no problem... we'll send a new one"...
It arrived the next day.

An excellent company
Both the products and service were exceptional. A much sought after glass was bought from the company at an excellent price, along with the delicious beer of the same brand, which together made up a highly appreciated gift. In terms of price, quality and speedy delivery, I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I’ve ordered twice to date and will be placing many more orders - perfect!

Ease of ordering and dispatched…
Ease of ordering and dispatched quickly. Only issue was the delivery company did not deliver until 5 days later saying run out of time first day and said could not gain access after the weekend although somebody was home all day.
