Avoid at all costs.. I signed up on one of the many offers designed to hook you in, wines and beers are good, but cancelling a subscription with them is where the problems start. They only allow you to cancel by phone, but don’t have enough staff to answer the phone! No response to emails, twitter DM’s etc .. and then when you complain their service is poor, they deny they only offer one way to cancel!
Get in the bin.

Brilliant service, as I live local delivery was within a couple of hours and free. A good selection of beers which gives you a the opportunity to try the single bottles you haven't tried before as well as usual favourites

Super speedy delivery
Really easy to order. There was a really good selection of the Brimstage Brewery beers I was looking for and the selection box makes for a really good Christmas gift. Delivery was also super speedy!

Good products, great prices and really fast service and delivery - maybe benefiting by beating nearby but still easier than other online outlets I’ve used before by some considerable margin. Will definitely be buying and using again.
