I have been contacting them the past few days saying I have not received my PayPal payment. This company is a scam. Do not do any surveys from them

I’ve been using this platform for almost a year at this point and I’m now suddenly having problems with it, on October 22 I cashed out a ten dollar Amazon gift card and expected it in my inbox quickly because the payouts to PayPal are usually really quick but it’s now November 14 and I’ve yet to receive my gift card. I’ve contacted them through email multiple times but they have yet to respond at all, I’ve called the support number but every time I do the bot on the phone says that there’s no available representatives, that makes no sense because not one time that I’ve called have there been anyone to help me. I’m honestly done at this point and I’m ready to stop using it because not only am I not receiving my gift card or any emails but I’m also not receiving any forthright surveys and the partner surveys are down for some reason so I can’t even get any money from the platform right now.

I have taken several surveys and thought I had around $20.00 built up so I thought I would withdraw it.
Well I couldn't find anyway to withdraw it ! I got on the home page but there was nothing there about withdrawing your money.
A short 1:45 minute video popped up but to me it just didn't make any sense and what it showed to click on on the home page didn't exist on the home page. It sure seems like a rip off to me.

I just redeemed $31.00. It said there was a 2-3 day delay to transfer to PayPal. However, it went right away. Great surveys, too.

This site used to be literally the best. Very few timeouts, redemptions from only $2, and fitting for anyone. But, big BUT..they claim instant payouts, still, and this entire year only 1 in 3 actual redemptions have been instant. It's always "we apologize, paypal is on a temporary 1-3 day delay." Well "sorry" only counts if you actually fix the issue!!! Also, it still states instant on site, but rarely is it. Then 2 days ago I didn't even receiving that courtesy info. I had to email them twice, and STILL DONT HAVE MY PAYOUTS! Forthright, you'll get left here in 2024 if u don't fix this. Almost all sites can keep up and pay instantly. Do better!

Don't waste your time. you can take surveys on this site. But LOGIN isn't functional. Can't access your account or any rewards.

For a week I've been unable to log into my account, getting this page isn't working. Still getting surveys though. And they won't respond to my emails.

This is clearly a scam. Glad I didn't give them my banking info. There's not even an app. I received an email from them asking me to complete my account info. Wanted me to verify my phone number not by texting me, but by calling me, and then not giving me time enough to open up the speaker and the keypad. Then said I had failed to verify my number. They wanted my mailing address too. Then all of a sudden there's nothing - didn't load no matter how many times I went back in.

I am convinced this site is a trolling scam. The notion they call the site forthright but are completely the opposite of forthright is typical of modern scammers who love scamming almost as much as trolling. I think this site and samplicio are a complete scam and that the people that own it belong in prison. There is no reason for a researcher to trust data from these complete frauds. They dont respond to emails and punish people for telling others about the site. Best I can tell my sister doing a survey on my internet while visiting got us both banned. They refuse to explain it and froze the balances on the account. I am just guessing because these anything but forthright scammers refuse to respond for over a month now. 10 hours at least stolen by these acammers colluding with samplicio. Get the feds on these criminals now. Shadow banning people stupid enough to trust your site proves ill intent for me. I will rot before I pay you a quarter to transfer the money you lied me into earning. Theives.

I had been doing surveys for them for a bit -- and then they sent a message asking me to log in... well, if I wasn't logged in, how were they going to pay me for what I was doing? I was under the impression I was logged in. Since then, have tried to verify, check my account status -- everything fails for one reason or another. Total ripoff.

After reading some bad reviews i deceided to cash out, so i did and got paid in a matter of minutes thru paypal. This was the first time i cashed out

It's been a week and haven't been paid 🙄 scam app. Also impossible to make money off here 90% disqualification. Way better survey sites out there.

Hello I'm here to give my update on a review my issue has been resolved with fourth right surveys thanks for hearing me out my account was successfully credited as I mentioned earlier my new rating was updated as well this score was giving because they really have a decent bonus thanks for resolving my issues

I had a feeling Forthright was skimming money from survey payouts and just caught them at it. Just did a bonus survey where the survey provider said it paid $1.50 upon completion, but Forthright paid only $1.

Was excited until you wanted a little to much information on me, come on why do you need to know what I drive,why do you need to know what year my car is, wether lease or own it not to mention there was a lot more than that, that makes no sense, you say it's for survey connection, well I can prove otherwise they sell your information (period)

I waited a long time to share this. But, now I feel I have to. I accepted a 180-minute (3-hr) survey from Forthright only to realize after 2-1/2 to 3-hrs that the survey was corrupted. After submitting my ticket of concern, and after being assured that the matter would be reviewed, nothing, as of this date has been done. I sent screenshots and many emails. I have heard nothing. I feel that if we give our time to participate in their surveys, they should at least be obliged to make and meet amicable resolutions. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. I will not be doing any further surveys for Forthright!

I had had any problems previous to my latest experience. I completed a 2+ hour survey I cashed out and never received my money. I reached out to paypal they said they don't see it. I contacted beforthrite they claim it was sent successfully but I still haven't received it ive tried contacting beforthrite more than once no response. They are cancelled

I have been taking surveys for them for a few years now with never a problem but my last two cash outs I never received and they refuse to answer emails. Then they have the audacity to send me another survey today. I’ll never take another for them unless they pay me what I’m owed.

Yesterday I received a survey alert from forthright for a 3 hours survey for $60. I decided to do it today and it actually took me a total of 4 hours to do it. When I first joined them you got paid immediately in your PayPal well here lately it's always some type of delay and reading what I am reading below I now understand what it is they aren't able to pay well maybe that'll get able within the next few hours because I expect that money in my account immediately there's nothing wrong with PayPal because I cashed out from other sites and it's always instant it is on their end they're not having difficulties but they better find my $60 and send it to me immediately. I believe it is a disgrace for a company to have people make money for them and then that pay them in the timely manner it's supposed to be an instant pay out and that's what it should be instant. After reading the reviews below it's all starting to make sense there's no way in the world that PayPal will let an individual let alone a company have so many problems with their platform without fully fixing it anytime I've had a problem with PayPal it was completely fixed and I never had that problem again this company seems to have this problem every other month so I know there was something more but what I need them to do for me is to send me my money because I actually spent an extra hour or something that was tedious ever so I expect them to have my money in my account in the morning they ought to be ashamed of themselves.

This has never happened before so I'm figuring they have done like many other survey sites that have been honest in the past. They have sold out to some greedy that are going to take advantage of its users. Forgetting that if not for us. They make money. I'm not about to waste my time on a site like this consider all the other options out there. Just dont waste your time here cause they obviously have forgotten who makes them as big as they are or have sold out to some arrogant company who doesn't care. Update.. I was paid what I was owed and told they are running a few days behind. They have renewed my faith.
